A 40-year-old Brevard Couny man who claimed he was not subject to tax laws has been indicted on federal charges, officials said today.
Russell P. Gentile of Melbourne was charged with two counts of filing false tax returns and one count of obstructing the Internal Revenue Service, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida.
