Just thought I would give this a try and see what happens.
A person using the name of "Lazzaro Tantalo" has made his appearance in the readers' comments section of a tax article by Peter Reilly at:
http://www.forbes.com/sites/peterjreill ... k-defense/
The person is proposing 16th amendment arguments against taxing wages and salaries and such.
Anybody got any ideas as to who the person really is?
Sincerely,
Maury enthusiast!

Not mentioned in any court case in Lexis.

"Lazzaro Tantalo" may not be his real name, or legal name.
I noticed that there were three recently settled Tax Court cases involving a Tantalo.
The Tantalo on Forbes has, so far, ignored my query about his possible connection thereto and is otherwise making like he has no interest in making his identity known.
Interesting!
