Lynne Meredith-- Conviction Affirmed

Post by Dr. Caligari »

Better late than never, I always say.

Lynne Meredith-- remember her? with the "TAXREBL" vanity plate on her Mustang?-- was convicted back in 2004, and sentenced in 2005. The 9th Circuit finally got around to her appeal today, and affirmed her conviction in both a published opinion and in an unpublished order:

Hope she enjoys the balance of her 121-month sentence.

(Edited to correct the spelling of her name.)

Any word on whether Joe Izen is promising to prevail at the Supreme Court?
