Lynne Meredith-- remember her? with the "TAXREBL" vanity plate on her Mustang?-- was convicted back in 2004, and sentenced in 2005. The 9th Circuit finally got around to her appeal today, and affirmed her conviction in both a published opinion and in an unpublished order:
