Hayles Owen seems to subscribe to an extreme version of the "using certain phrases creates joinder" belief. Some people will refuse to use postal codes, or refer to their address as "near" a city rather than state the name of it, for fear that doing so submits them to local laws. Hayles seems to think the utterance of almost any legal term will have negative repercussions, so all these weird homonyms are used to express ideas. This is combined with the belief that the entomology of words has modern legal significance.
Not quite. She explained herself in a previous FB discussion with one of our illustrious agents, Zeke. Her written style is apparently intended to prevent the evil Google & NSA from "indexing" her electronic comms. This firstly presumes that they care about her prolix ramblings, and secondly that she won't mind being identified for particular attention on the basis of her crude obfuscation.

Wow, that's even weirder than what I guessed. Thanks for the info.
And I have to say, her approach actually works. Google searches for Hayles Owen don't turn up much. A couple of plain-English Facebook posts she made, mentions of her on Quatloos, and references to what seem to be other people.
At the risk of stating the obvious, once upon a time people who spouted that kind of gibberish were put in closed wards and fed a steady diet of thorazine, and I think she is a prime candidate.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.
In his latest video shot in his car he is impersonating an enforcement agent from marstons chasing want he admits could be a paid ccj that he's not even sure if it's live.
He claims to be instructed by his client who doesn't know of this has been paid and will go to dcbl to take their stuff. The poor girl on accounts who he is bullying is trying to stay polite but if he got anyone with enforcment knowledge they would of shit him down instantly.
I love he's so smug in saying dcbl had a ccj against theme like he's the only one who knows this.
Be bad in his upcoming court case if the judge found out he was impersonating an
enforcment agent...
I was browsing through the Facebook Group "British Politics" yesterday when to my surprise the toothless one popped up to defend something somebody else had tagged him in....

BNP have mellowed in their views, the far right members have gone to EDF and Britain first and due to the stigma of their past, haven't been able to get any, more centre and left, members. They are more akin to UKIP now in my opinion. UKIP doesn't have quite the racist history so is more socially acceptable to be with.

And he still can't tell the truth about his relationship with BNP. I'm beginning to suspect the man is so reality-averse that he thinks "they just paid for my leaflets" is the truth.
Ithink the phrases serial, compulsive, and pathological liar all come to mind. I don't think there is any question about the first two, and the third is looking more and more likely. In any road, a nasty unpleasant little man, in all the senses.

Agreed but if i may could I add a Forest Gump "stupid as" to that list. Its apparent he could not post on FB or You Tube because he was locked up. What does the idiot do as soon as his pretend ban expires? Posts more incriminating evidence on both sites, that takes a special kind of stupid and none of his hangers on have the bottle or brain to tell him he is swimming in dangerous waters.
When I looked up "Ninjas" in Thesaurus.com, it said "Ninja's can't be found" Well played Ninjas, well played.
Sorry, I just kind of thought that stupid and gullible were givens here, but yeah.

I don't have a fucking scoobie what point the idiot is trying to make but I'm pretty sure the French for 'mother' is 'mère'... Well it was when I was at school anyway.

Looks like an attempt at denying it's Dog Latin.

For those of us playing along at home, is she actually a for real lawyer, and is she/why is she still allowed to practice?
This type of idiot gibberish word parsing shows up among several different sovcit offshoots here, in their attempts to make words mean something they never did. usually among the crowd that wouldn't know a dictionary and how to use one if it came along and hit them in the head.
Maman, which does mean mother in French is most likely derived from the more formal ma mère. Mammon has an entire different and unrelated meaning and is an adopted word from another language

"Maman" is French for "Mommy". At any rate, this rant from Hayles is not in dog latin, cat latin, pig latin, horse latin, kangaroo latin or three-toed sloth latin. It's "drunken latin", pure and simple.
