We did make a documentary about them in the 1980s. :snicker:

Hang on! Electronic signature?

Since when has that been 'lawful'? Flipping amateur.

Clearly fraud... Tony Blair stole his source code.
Equity Lawyer Mr Ellis developed the capacity for Advanced Electronic Signatures. The Profit Pan was On-Line Services. The Defence Pan was Source Code Secrecy. Prime Minister Mr Blair planned a Source Code Theft and Licence Profits from the European Union. He used Barclays Bank Group Board as Theft Agent. They did it badly. They did the Concealment Frauds badly. They used a Law Firm to make a Theft Conspiracy Admission and Damage Denial. It was obvious that Legal Action would get Court Frauds, Costs Frauds, Bankruptcy Frauds and Source Code Theft by British Judges against the Equity Lawyer. Whoever took the Advanced Electronic Signature Market needed the US Market. He kept the Proof Set for USA Jurors.

I've always suspected that Tonty Blair* was behind it.

He's utterly clueless. Any product which purports to validate and tamperproof electronic signatures would have to publish details of their method. Nobody could sensibly trust major transactions within a system which used confidential proprietary algorithms, the vendor's method might be to ask their dog whether the signature matches. This is Kerckhoffs's principle - a cryptosystem should be secure even if everything about the system, except the private keys for particular transactions, is public knowledge.

I wonder if they had common law insurance backed by the £?00,000,000 in their CQV trust.

I bet HHJ Smith charges a fortune for those CLC number plates too.

Edit: I just looked it up. You can have either a standard number plate or, as 'Freebird' did, a custom one.
In addition to purchasing a CLC Number Plate, you can also choose to obtain your very own custom plate.

All CLC Number Plates will have the Common Law Court logo on the left side of the plate and will have a maximum of eight characters. Custom plates can consist of numbers, letters and a combination of both.

As the Common Law Court is separate form the statutory system we have our own numbering system, all plates are issued with a successful offer and on a first come, first served basis.

If you require a specialist plate, we ask you to enter your request in the appropriate box and then to submit your offer for the purchase of this plate, bearing in mind that the monies obtained from these ffers are being used to develop our CLC projects. When making an offer for a custom plate the minimum we will consider is ⌘67 Cruinn (⌘67 = £100 approx. = $132 approx.)

Remember that as this is just being launched, all number plates are available. The fact that a number plate exists in the statutory system does not matter as our plates will have the Common Law Court logo attached to them and they are also coloured green.

CLC Insurance MUST BE in place before this can be purchased.
The 'insurance' costs £250.

If I travel here tomorrow
Would you still take my car?
For I must be traveling on now
'Cause there's too many fines I've got to pay

But if I stay here with you, officer
Things just couldn't be the same
'Cause I'm as dumb as a bird now
And this bird you cannot teach
Oh, oh, oh, oh
And the bird you cannot teach
And this bird, you cannot teach
Lord knows, I can't learn

Oh dear... Looks like HHJ Smith J entrusted the running of commonlawcourt.com to a somebody or somebodies and it didn't go well.

I'm struggling to work out what happened exactly but it sure has led to some common lore butt-hurt.

My head hurt reading all that, but near the end it seems that the online shop of shit was turning over real money, albeit the punters bought Cruinn with real money to buy their CLC dog licence or passport.

It looks like HHJ Smith gave some admin access to the individuals concerned who then royally did him over, this happened to PoE IIRC.

I'm not confident that link will stay up, so I've backed it up here

The two miscreants who've ripped of HHJ Smith appear to be the ones he partnered with to run his Beep payment services scam. The one where you pay actual money for Beep credits that will be accepted as payment for goods and services at any business that accepts Beep. Of which there are none.

I wonder if they are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office? They would of course report the breach, wouldn’t they?

Every single thing on there was searchable, and I mean everything. Idiots could register, births, deaths, marriages, businesses, medicinal weed use, even pets.
Any visitor without registering could click search with no parameters & every single record was returned in full.

This looks pretty big. Farrington & Hadjifilippou have defected with a full dataset, and a large proportion of the cash funds. Seems like they were networking in the "gullible fuckwit community" for a while before, so my fervent hope is that they're going to launch a coup against Smith.

I have a vague idea that someone did this to David Wynn Miller years ago, circulating a "judicial" charade which claimed to depose him from the imaginary office of Postmaster Attorney General or whatever?

Correct. Not long before his 2018 demise, Miller was overthrown via a "court martial" convened by acolyte Russell-Jay:Gould. The since-deleted YouTube video featured several armed militia types standing by while Gould and someone else rambled on at great length about Miller's alleged transgressions. I don't remember the essence of the disagreement.

The only other thing I found is that Miller and Gould apparently collaborated together in filing various nonsense in behalf of some cases in federal court, so perhaps Gould thought he would depose Miller because the magic words didn't work.

I downloaded and watched the court-martial video. Made no sense to me at all. It was all done in Miller's own gibberish language (quantum grammar or some other idiotic term) so unintelligible except to acolytes.
