Many are now waking up to the Corruption going on Nationwide and it must now be brought to an end, the Strategic partnership between the Courts Judiciary, Police, Banks & Bailiffs, Legal bar etc whether in a private or public capacity against the people is criminal, the British people have left these Public Servants unchecked and they are now running a muck, Public Servants are concealing the fact that they are siphoning of Public assets into the private sector which is a criminal offense under the 2006 Fraud Act.

The Police are not fulfilling their role by protecting the Public anymore they have removed their loyalty from the Public to those of money and influence and do nothing against the organized crime going on under our very noses and their most important priority should have been by protecting children from being abused by preying child molesters.

The Police are now being paid by Corporations in a private capacity and are money enforcement officers we now require CEO Chris Eyre chief constable of Nottinghamshire Police and Paddy Tipping Crime Commissioner to resign and be held accountable for their actions against the Public.

Knowing the BBC that is very unlikely. They generally don't allow commercial exploitation of their assets (unless they are the ones exploiting them) although yes it is possible that the photograph was properly licensed from the photographer who took it and if this is the case than it's not scummy on the part of the Debt Relief company.

The photographer was probably freelance, in which case s/he would have licensed the BBC to use it, almost certainly on a non-exclusive basis, so the s/he may have also sold licenses to other people.

Or, of course, the debt company may have stolen it.

How apt that Tom Crawford has become a poster boy for bad debt management.

He now has the "fame" he craved.

I do love the complaint in the comments about using his image without permission, ironic given the actions of Haining et al.

So with no proof whatsoever, plus the Police lines being off to the right of the picture and the protesters being to the left, a picture showing Tom Crawford HAS to have been taken and sold by Nottingham Police. I'd be looking for the Judas in your own ranks Crawfords. Maybe Amanda could sue someone for liable? Maybe Tom should lose the name and just become some bloke in a hat (like B&B ?) that is crap with money. Or just lose the surname and become Tom Nice But Dim? 18 minutes of an audio entitled 'Tom Crawford Transcript to Follow' - didn't listen to all of it but gist is that 'donors' have contributed to acquire transcript to show that what Crawford lot have put in the public domain is not the whole truth and that what BK said after attending the hearing was closer to a true record. Or something like that!

It's rather waffley, to be honest, he's a nice speaker (which makes a change) but for the most part he doesn't say much that isn't either already known or his personal opinion. He seems to have a rather negative opinion of Tom and the way he's trying to do things and spends most of the time talking about this.

0-5min - He claims that Tom tried to have the court clerk exclude Bradley from the court room claiming he was disruptive and he recorded in court.
5-10min - Says that judge didn't understand the application and apparently Tom's team couldn't explain it either (uncertain if this is subjective or if there will be comments from the judge to this effect in the transcript).
10-15min - The way Tom and Amanda have reported the hearing doesn't match his experience of watching it (hearing only, he was not able to stay for the judgement).
13min - Normal Wisdom gets name checked.
15-18min - Transcript being obtained.
18 min - A lot of what was said in court wasn't relevant to the application being made. I think this is called a "teaser" in the trade.

I skipped through load of frames to get to anything juicy and there's nothing. Nothing other than every few seconds or minutes I skip through Knicgkt can be heard umming and aaring. My God I cannot get through his interviews and audios without screaming at the screen willing him to speak coherently. Literally half of the time is taken up with his hesitations.

As a donor I am looking forward to a copy of the transcript, I get my six year old kid to read it out and will have the assurance she'll do a much better job of having to listen to Bradley, um, ahh, Knight. Can't even imagine a night in a pub with the bloke.
