Be even more amusing if it had taken place in Quebec.

Even a first hand account from Ollie Pinnock of how he was about to do 25 days in the nick, is not enough to convince David Goldthorpe that it's a bad idea...
To which crabbie posts a link to a Pinnock Facebook support group.David Goldthorpe Just read a article about oliver pinnock saying he got jail term for none payment I know he did not go but want some clarity before I go balls deep
David Goldthorpe No information since 2017
How do we get justice if they don't answer
Robert White David Goldthorpe ask Ollie Pinnock he's the man who can answer your questions.
Ollie Pinnock What do you need to know?
David Goldthorpe Is this lawful rebellion too good to be true cause if I'm going to endure these people at my door I would like to know the pitfalls of if any I have a young family so I don't want carting off lol
Ollie Pinnock All i can tell you is what happened to me (in brief). I followed the process to the letter for two years with the council and all of its agents. I was then visited by a warrant officer working for marstons who was accompanied by 5 police officers. I was told that a warrant (no bail) had been issued by the magistrate and he wished me to accompany him to the station. I was told if i refused he had the power to arrest. I was locked in a cell for 22 odd hours and then put infront of a videolink court in the station. I refused to recognise the jurisdiction, stated my standing under a61, and requested a trial by jury. I was refused and sentenced to 25 days. I my mum then paid in full under duress to avoid prison... Feel free to ask any questions.
David Goldthorpe Thanks for time ollie I appreciate it that's just what I thought they operate above the law and use the system to twist our sovereignty
David Goldthorpe I've been sent a court summons for September 4th Leeds people on this group said don't go to court is this your stance too ollie
Where will Crabbie & Ollie be when they throw him in a cell?Ollie Pinnock Yes

Martyrdom was easier to gauge when the pillory was popular.
Miscreants with popular support would have people discouraging the throwing of objects at the captive one by unfriendly persuasion, criminals no one cared one way or the other about usually got ignored and unpopular criminals got a rough deal.

- If you have to ask "Is X to good to be true?", it is.
- If more people were to do that, we wouldn't be here.

Does anyone remember convicted drug dealer David Robotham?
Well he’s back again.....apparently still not learning his lesson from his last council tax failure, which if I remember landed him being arrested?

Weren't they looking to seize his home to pay Proceeds of Crime, £24k seems to ring a bell or was it more? He was summons to Court for failure to pay up, I guess if he's still at Liberty he signed over the property otherwise they'd still be after him.

You can never tell with all their smoke and mirrors. I thought it was a criminal case, but my memory isn't great.

The Proceeds of Crime Act is an extension of criminal proceedings, once you've been found guilty of a crime that financially benefitted you the next stage in the process is a POCA Order for the amount you're deemed to have benefitted by, with full committal proceedings if you have assets and you fail to cough up.
A recent example is one of the Hatten Garden robbers, he'd been ordered to pay £6m +, has failed to do so and has been handed an additional 6 years on top of their existing sentence.

He HAS to support two homes
There are highly vulnerable people out there Charly that need the councils money and help. You sending money to you rent-a-shag is not a council priority.
I’ve changed my mind.
Charles is a MASSIVE DOUCHE
