On Monday 8th July the judge agreed to adjourn if I have not received full disclosure from the cps, I have witnesses to confirm that, (maybe even secretly filmed video evidence).

Sounds very much as if Crabby or his supporters may have been filming in court. I do hope the authorities are monitoring his social media postings.

Secretly filmed video evidence the production of which is in itself a criminal offence meaning the secret evidence can never be used so it has to remain secret forever.

Eviction update.
I've been on the warned list for my trial in Maidstone crown court since Monday, looks like they want me on Monday 22nd July at 10am. Unfortunately I'm not available that day but I have informed them I should be available the next day with enough notice. When I do have time to attend I have a lot of questions that need answering before we can proceed. They've switched judges as well for some reason, not that that makes any difference, the judge is only there to sentence if the jury find me guilty, maybe they think the new judge will scare me. There's not much that scares me so let's see if he's something that does.

Whilst it is possible that a warrant will be issued for his arrest, I suspect that as he is representing himself the case will be adjourned especially as this case is warned. I've seen prosecution and defendant's barristers negotiate with the judge a more convenient date for an adjournment, and the guidelines to judges state that people representing themselves should get more leeway.

That he is willfully not attending would not be known by the court... unless someone was, say, to cut and paste his Facebook comments and send them to the court

I have been trying to get an email address to forward the Facebook group url to but South East CPS (which covers Kent) don't seem to have one published.

Funnily enough the court seem more clued up. They asked me my interest in the trial and I said I've been following Freeman of the Land on social media and got a "Yeah, we've had quite a few of them."
