After my wife almost wet herself laughing at Kathy Burke's documentary about women's grooming that was on TV last year, I earned extra brownie points by adding this to her Christmas stocking.

Latest line of defence - "they can't evict me because they were late filing their accounts"
https://www.facebook.com/groups/1957436 ... 362945273/Had a chat with Alan Smith a director with Court Enforcement Services Ltd today, he didn't want to talk about his company committing a criminal offence as stated by our lovely government.
Failure to file confirmation statements, annual returns or accounts is a criminal offence which can result in directors being fined personally in the criminal courts. Failure to pay the late filing penalty can result in enforcement proceedings. Any criminal proceedings taken as a result of non-filing of confirmation statements, annual returns or accounts is separate from, and in addition to, any late filing penalty imposed against the company for filing accounts late. There is no late filing penalty imposed on confirmation statements or annual returns that have been filed late. The registrar may also take steps to strike the company off the public record if these documents are delivered late. https://www.courtenforcementservices.co.uk/

It seems their accounts are overdue, but not the confirmation statement.

Anyone care to explain in non Crab language the consequences for late filing?
My own firm was late with its 2019 accounts, I didn't notice any collars being felt.

There is an automatic penalty for late or non filing of company accounts. Court Enforcement Services Limited is liable to be charged £375 according to https://www.gov.uk/annual-accounts/pena ... ate-filinghucknallred wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 2:10 pm It seems their accounts are overdue, but not the confirmation statement.

Annoyingly it is a fixed fee, not dependant on the size/turnover of the company.

More to the point, they are free to carry on conducting business. They're a fair distance from compulsory strike off.HardyW wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 3:58 pm There is an automatic penalty for late or non filing of company accounts. This is scary.
He walks amongst us!Colin Peters Anthony Badaloo This is the first time that I've seen this video. My good friend, Patrick Cullinane, a fearless fighter for justice who I spent a lot of time with years ago, always told it as it was. "They were supposed to have done away with him years ago and yet I saw the photograph of the body in the coffin and it was not Patrick. I keep the hope that he might escape from wherever he might be incarcerated if he is still alive. He has done it once before. If not, I hope to see him after the resurrection which is promised in the Bible and which,- looking at the state of this evil world and present 'system', cant be too far away.

Eviction update from Crabby. This from yesterday.
(Link to the full Facebook post https://www.facebook.com/groups/1957436 ... 609099415/)
And today's update.
https://www.facebook.com/groups/1957436 ... 425686500/
From the comments it seems he may have built a large wall around the property. And there are claims of a 'secret weapon' to thwart the bailiffs. I really hope no innocent people are hurt. I wouldn't put it past him, he's a nasty piece of work.

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses
I said on Facebook yesterday that he's sounding more and more like Hitler in April 1945. Barricaded in and plotting his inevitable victory when everybody else can see he's already lost.
I'm not sure if there's a "not" missing from the "there's no way if they turn up the police will get involved" bit. I'll bet six trillion Re or a shiny shilling (whichever be the greater) that not only will the HCEOs turn up with the wallopers in tow, the said wallopers will turn up in their multitudes, riot-gear clad and with tasers fully charged and drawn.
He really does think he's a genius and everybody else is an idiot. Unfortunately for him the reverse is closer to being the truth.
Given his previous bluster and bullshit I'm reasonably confident his reinforcements will amount to pretty much nothing and after a token resistance and the application of 50,000v he will be arrested and held on remand or bailed not to enter Sheppey. Which would be the nearest thing to a win he'll get out of this situation. "Well I may have lost my house, my buy to let empire and everything else but at least I'm not allowed in Sheerness".

Maybe it's the sleeping with two eyes open that is helping to elevate his paranoia. Certainly can't be helping his stupidity.

I can't help but sit here and giggle at two old fools training for the apocalypse in a bunker with nothing but soy protien shakes and Viagra performance enhancing drugs.
But I'm sure they get lonely, so let 'em be.

You would think with posts like this on the public forum of Facebook the bailiffs are more likely ask for an upgrade? The type of police who will only talk to you, when you’re lying face down with your hands behind your head and carry more than a truncation type.
On a side note just imagine the gas produced by two middle aged men trying get fit on protein shakes. Bet they open the windows for a few hours before they board them up!

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses
I'm hoping they import the Special Police Unit from Detroit along with the LAPD Traffic Beatings Squad to "observe" the eviction.
The Genesse County Sheriff (Flint-Detroit) used to use private contractors to assist. Brutal Private contractors. They could have all the contents of a 3,000 sq ft home on the curb 60 minutes after the first knock on the door, which could come as early as 6 AM. There job was to get you and everything about you out of the house and they got paid by the job, not by the hour. The sooner they got one done, the quicker they could move on to the next one. "Resisting" them was a good way to arrested if you were lucky and beat to a bloody pulp before you got arrested if you weren't.
Crabby needs to know that feeling.
In the states, evictions are done by Law Enforcement, usually county Sheriffs so the UK rules of the cops are only there to avoid a civil disturbance is totally different to us. Over here, by the time they show up, the legal action of someone else owning the house is done, you've got to go. And they will, if they're nice, let you a few minutes to grab some clothes. Anything after that you have to negotiate with the new owner and the new owner isn't under much pressure. And there are still places where the spirit of "Deputy Sheriff Fred" lives. Actually, that is how most evictions still happen over here, if not so brutal, they still have you out by sundown and you don't get to help them if they don't want you to, they carry it to the curb and you arrange transportation.
Years ago, there was a documentary about Detroit Evictions and they showed one, in its entirety, between commercials. Knock on the door "Its the Sheriff, I've come to put you out" and boom, everything in the house, carried out by what looked like an unemployed American Football Team, in about 15 minutes. The same Deputy Sheriff appears in the Micheal Moore film "Roger and Me" but his crew is a lot more genteel in that.

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses
I'm quite happy with the England & Wales rules (Scotland has a different legal system) and the two tier system. You will get the wrong impression here because almost all evictions reported on Quatloos are hostile. It is simply not necessary in the vast majority of cases to have police officers attending evictions and if you are a mortgage company dealing with many cases escalating it at the first instance to the High Court is simply not cost effective. I suspect a different strategy would be employed if the market was negative, but waiting a year or even 10 will almost certainly not result in a financial loss on what is after all normally a 25 year contract.
Once it moves to High Court enforcement, then that's a completely different matter. Up until now Crabby has been dealing with county court orders. He's in for a surprise. Proportional force can be used to physically remove someone.
