They're just using a website template provided by Wix. Stock images by them, layout provided by them, just insert your own text and get a domain name from them. Even better, if you're a little bit shady, the website's real owner is hidden from a cursory Whois. I won't publicly publish how to find the real owner of a Wix website since these guys are still playing their games thinking they enjoy complete anonymity.

I thought I'd have a look at the website from the start of this thread.

'KindnessCredits' seems not to be being hosted by wix any longer (error 404). Whois shows that the domain is for sale, as is 'thewholepackage.me'. The 'LandCouncil' site has also disappeared. Not even peddling this nonsense via FB is making enough to pay hosting fees.

I also spotted a connection on my limited views to the delightful woman's account to the convicted conspiracy theorist, Chris Spivey:
