With the possible exception of one "case", the Scottish Common Law Court appears to comprise John Smith and his unnamed/imaginary friends voting that all of John Smith's grievances are righteous. Maybe next time they'll declare him to be the King of Perthshire, or order the BBC to hire him as a quiz show presenter. Anything is possible, when you have your own Court....

So far as I can see he fell out with his employer, resigned, then tried unsuccessfully to claim constructive dismissal. Moved on to trying to bugger up their licence renewal and as a result had expenses awarded against him to the tune of £3024.35 in 2005. What's not clear is how he managed to string this out for another 10 years or how it resulted in him losing his home.Hercule Parrot wrote:The whole thing seems to be the delusional fantasy of one recently-repo'd wing-nut, John Smith - the genesis of his folly being an obsessive grievance against his former employers in the Aberdeen International Casino (yes, me neither...).

it didnt take goodfers long to realise that the passing of Tom Petty is dodgy.
Post by toolapcblack Today at 1:55 pm
What does everyone think about the alleged death of Tom Petty, has he really shuffled off this mortal coil?
As I haven't found any good videos about Tom Petty I just looked him up on Wikipedia to get some dates and there could be something fishy going on;
died at age 66
born on 20th of October died on the 2nd of October, 20+2 =22
died 18 days before the 20th,18=6+6+6
date of death = 2/10/2017 (2+10)+(2+1+7) = 22
years active 47 = 11
THOMAS PETTY =45=9=33 in Pythagorean numerology
Is it SteveUK or STEVE: of UK?????

Well, if you can believe that 45=9=33, it's not hard to make the other pieces fit.
Also, I'm amused that they used parentheses in an addition problem.

....66.....6+6=12.....1+2=3died at age 66,
....22.... 2+2=4born on 20th of October died on the 2nd of October, 20+2 =22
Er, aren't we supposed to be adding?.....18...1+8=9died 18 days before the 20th,18=6+6+6
....22.....2+2=1date of death = 2/10/2017 (2+10)+(2+1+7) = 22
....11....1+1=2years active 47 = 11
So add them all up.......3+4+9+1+2= 19.....1+9=10......1+0=........ 1

Adding numbers together to prove something, only proves you can add. you can also add, subtract, divide, multiply these numbers, and get completely different results. The fact that they are looking for specific patterns, may dictate their tortured math.

What diseased mind would find a conspiracy in the death of an apolitical 66-year-old rocker? Even worse, are they suggesting that someone as fiercely independent as Tom Petty would willingly participate in such a thing? That's a bigger mental defect than all their silly math.

Who knows why he willingly participated in the Las Vegas NWO black helicopter false flag crisis actor staged incident? Perhaps they threatened to reveal his role in Pizzagate. However it's clear in any analysis that Tom Petty couldn't be allowed to tell the world what he knew, and they murdered him. Probably with little Rosa Kleb stabby shoes.TheNewSaint wrote:What diseased mind would find a conspiracy in the death of an apolitical 66-year-old rocker? Some of you will have already seen this, but there's a great sub-topic on Reddit called "Am I Being Detained?" collating examples of sovcit foolishness. If you enjoy the schadenfreude aspect as I do, this is a rewarding visit.

He has one comment on that video which is completely wrong for this situation. and the "chains" he has used look like poundland jobs which you could probably cut through with scissors. I look forward to more updates but the other video of his I checked never showed the outcome - I wonder if there is a reason for that?
Edit to add the bit in red and this:
Bailiffs can clamp or immobilise his vehicle. If I were a bailiff I'd just lock a clamp and chain around say the back axle such that driving it would trash the van and the road. Leave the necessary notices etc and then start negotiating.

jack up the back of the van, slide the boot under, then drop it so the wheel goes into the boot. lock it up, chains and all. Your move, free man.

Here's an example of an American SovTard (that's what I call them), making his own video - and I suppose he, himself, posted it - showing what a total asshole he was.doublelong wrote:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTkuOhEJyuM NSFW folks contains lots of naughty words

He is legally obligated to show his driver's license and vehicle registration to police in every State (and, in most States, also proof of insurance) ... but instead he refuses by inventing out of his imagination a bogus requirement that the police have to follow (no such requirement anywhere). The ratty ceiling of his car sort of detracts from his persuasiveness. I would assume his thick Southern accent will require British viewers to play this video slowly. His repeated barking at the police "This is how we're going to do it" becomes very tedious (to the police) very quickly. After several minutes of this nonsense, including his refusal to step out of the car to be arrested for non-production of his license (or unlicensed driving), the police smash his side windows (plural, this is uncommon, but he may have been making the sort of furtive movements that suggested he was reaching for a gun - or at least the police would say that after putting up for so long with his insulting behavior) - a very expensive lesson in manners for him.

Re: Random Freemanesque Babblings from idiots unable to sustain their own thread
No problems with anyone’s accent. We get to hear a lot of the various US accents these days courtesy of TV, films and music.
Not sure it works the same the other way though - years ago I found myself having to convince a Louisiana police officer that yes, the reason I speak the way I do really is because I’m an English person from England and no, we don’t all sound like Hugh Grant, Sean Connery (who isn’t even English) or the Queen, we have regional accents too.
In England, at least, a police constable is expected to show you their warrant (ID) and give you their name and “collar number” if you ask. Anyone can put on a police uniform, after all....
The stupidest thing about that traveller driver is he must have known the way it would go from the start. He knows to avoid that sort of thing happening he needs a driving licence and what will happen if he hasn’t got one. If he genuinely thinks the law doesn’t require him to have a licence then that’s a matter to take up with the court because the only possible outcome of arguing with the police like that is going to be a damaged vehicle and being arrested. So he may as well co-operate and save himself the damage to the vehicle.
Self-preservation, minimising bad consequences and avoiding shooting yourself in the foot just isn’t part of the sovrun make-up I guess.

Perhaps if buddy wishes to avoid interaction with the police he shouldn't be driving a vehicle that is a danger to himself and everyone else on the road. If you review the whole video and read the comments here is a list of his chariot's issues:Self-preservation, minimising bad consequences and avoiding shooting yourself in the foot just isn’t part of the sovrun make-up I guess.
1. bald tires and the police had problems measuring tread depth indicating alignment issues;
2. cracked windshield obscuring driver's vision;
3. no windshield wipers at all;
4. headliner separation like he has is a good indicator that his vehicle has sat out in the back of a field for a couple of years, probably because the owner is waiting for the price of scrap to rise enough to get rid of that hunk of rusting metal.

Re: Random Freemanesque Babblings from idiots unable to sustain their own thread
This is one of the genuine 'occupational hazards' of certain types of sovcittery. They're taught that the government has all sorts of sneaky ways to 'create joinder' (bring the careless sovereign into the federal jurisdictional hellhole). So in any governmental confrontation, some of them will respond in a scripted way intended to 'deny joinder', no matter what. This sometimes leads to them forfeiting their legal rights in court, because they steadfastly respond to every judicial act with some scripted phrase, rather than actually raising any real issues they may have. This is merely tragic in court, but it's downright dangerous in a police situation, where the smart response to "step out of the car" is almost always to step out of the car now and complain later if need be. But if you believe that cooperating with -- er, 'accepting services' from the officers will end your sovereign status, waddyagonnado?The Seventh String wrote:The stupidest thing about that traveller driver is he must have known the way it would go from the start. I can't help but think that this particular sovnut went out of his way to get the police's attention so that he could film a "how-to"video demonstrating a sovrun response to a traffic stop. Or to prove how evil and insidious the police are. Or for both reasons.

Indeed it is. Their UK equivalents generally get about the same results from the same tactic, be that when pulled over for a vehicle documents check for documents they haven’t got or trying to avoid losing their home, kids, freedom, whatever in court, as you know.KickahaOta wrote: This is one of the genuine 'occupational hazards' of certain types of sovcittery.
In a land with armed police who must be constantly concerned that the next person they pull over might pull a gun on them, and sovruns and similar ideologues having killed police and other officials before now I’m just amazed the shouty temper-losing idiots don’t get shot by the police more often.
