One of the group beliefs of the sovcits here is that they get declared NC to shut them up. In actuality the only ones who get declared that are "sometimes" the one who really are off their meds, more often than not they just get medicated and run through the system. They actually get shut up by being charged, tried, convicted, and sent to jail.

This guy's problem isn't that he is in danger of getting sectioned, unless he really acts out as we've seen, but that he is just really really stupid and his beliefs are going to get him jailed, and deep down I think he knows it.

I agree. That was very poor behaviour from the lead bailiff. Not sure the video alone will substantiate assault, but his manner was oppressive and arrogant throughout. Disappointing but not surprising that D&C Police didn't attend or investigate, given that both bailiffs were ex-cops. I wish Mr Patterson luck in achieving some justice and closure.
