He's never explained why PCP v1.1 wasn't appealed to whichever international common law play court he was intending to take it to after it crashed and burned.

Breaking....
We now return you to the outbreak of WW3.
https://twitter.com/TheBernician?ref_sr ... r%5EauthorWhilst the Met has whitewashed the evidence of vaxxine adverse events presented by Mark Sexton and his team, in a blatant obstruction of justice, the Midazolam Murders PCP is nevertheless unaffected by the refusal of the police to investigate.
PCP update to follow soon.

Would I be premature if I said "Any day now"?PCP update to follow soon.
I think it's tomorrow that marks three weeks since he last promised an update by the end of the week.
I do wish Vlad had waited until tomorrow when it was big cigarette night and I wouldn't care about trivialities like World War 3.We now return you to the outbreak of WW3.

Yes. I'd assumed that referred to a separate post he'd had moderated? I'm not well versed in the mysteries of Twitter. He's collected a few of those and iirc correctly he'd put Twitter on Notice. Was this under the post when you broke this not to be missed news story?

I must admit I don't really know how it works either. I had an account a while back but only as a part of a campaign against one particular cancer quack by me and a handful of others. Once we'd pushed his Rationalwiki page to the top of Google and he started threatening defamation suits it had served its purpose and I abandoned it.
I'm still waiting for a reply to my "I refer you to the response given in Arkell vs Pressdram" email to his lawyers five years later.

His latest straw clutching, saying the government buying 'faulty' vaccines is a breach of the consumer protection act in the UK
For those not in the UK, this act protects consumers against businesses. Say you buy a TV from Currys, it goes wrong after 6 months & they try fobbing you off by telling you to contact Samsung directly. Your contract is with Currys, they should sort it.
What O'Bonkers fails to realise is that it only covers Business to Customer transactions, not Business to Business, which is how the vaccines will have been bought.
That aside, there weren't any cash tills at the vaccine centres when we were jabbed.
Somebody kindly commented to let him know

Any day now....
Lots more bullshit there, including the claim that the Seddon et al crime report was
https://www.thebernician.net/pcp-update ... ovid-1984/As the long winter of COVID-1984 finally came to an official end in Britain yesterday, when all the restrictions imposed since the spring of 2020 expired, the wheels of the Private Criminal Prosecution [PCP] of the Midazolam Murderers continued to roll towards the decision of a district judge, as to whether the warrants we have applied for will be issued.
All being well, we should receive her assessment of the evidence adduced within the next 14 days.
Whilst there have been unforeseen delays in getting our barrister’s legal opinion signed off and delivered to the court, due to the sheer volume of evidence we have asked him to review, we now expect it will be completed and duly dispatched directly to the presiding judge within the next few days.
Lots more bullshit there, including the claim that the Seddon et al crime report was
But the big news is that Waugh has come out as one of Putin's little helpers.terminated a few days ago, by suspected Common Purpose operative, acting as the lead Superintendent.
No wonder Big Pharma’s stakeholders are attempting to mitigate their potentially bankrupting losses in settling millions of COVID ‘vaccine’ adverse events damages claims, by ordering all their puppet governments to take the world to the brink of a war they have deliberately manufactured in Europe, which they know very well can’t be won.
It’s not just the demonstrable fact that the Ukraine Government is a proxy National Socialist regime of NATO, which Vladimir Putin has formally made allegations of genocide against, with considerable prima facie evidence in support.
Or the fact that NATO has been steadily deploying its forces in the Black Sea and on the Ukraine-Russia border since Obama was US President, in a series of deliberate acts of provocation, years before Putin deployed Russian forces and in breach of multiple well established and hard won international treaties.
Or the fact that, whilst NATO forces could potentially outnumber Russia’s, the Russian air force is second to none and is capable of obliterating all of her adversaries, as well as protecting Russian airspace from NATO attacks.
Quite how a self proclaimed anarchist ends up supporting an authoritarian state's war is a bit of a puzzle. I have my suspicions...Putin’s government is fully committed to protecting the nations borders from the real perpetrators of the Crimes Against Humanity he stands falsely accused of, by the same puppet governments and controlled mainstream media who brought us COVID-1984.

Simple. He's not really an anarchist just a Trustafarian playing at being an anarchist because it thinks it makes him look edgy.John Uskglass wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 11:26 am Quite how a self proclaimed anarchist ends up supporting an authoritarian state's war is a bit of a puzzle. I've always been an anarchist at heart (but also a pragmatist so not really) and I have moved in anarchist circles... They have three corners because we're not going to be told what to do by the man.
Where was I?... Oh yeah...
Trust-fund babies are not just common in anarchist circles they make up a very sizeable minority if not a small majority of people who claim to be anarchists. They are usually anarchist in the same way they are radical vegans... And most of the TFB anarchists claim to be that too. They are vegans apart from milk... and cheese... and eggs... and chicken when they visit mummy for dinner because it would be rude not to eat it... and a steak if they go out... and... and... and... etc.
When I was a kid the word for them was "poser". In my anarchist days it was just "wanker".

I wouldn't count him as an anarchist even if he lived by the sweat of his brow. There are so many contradictions between all the Magna Carta/UCT bollocks and any strand of anarchism (aside from the Rick of The Young Ones strand, and even then...).He's not really an anarchist just a Trustafarian playing at being an anarchist
Your experience of moving in anarchist circles was obviously different to mine. I don't think I've ever knowingly met a Trustafarian, and certainly all my comrades were either working or dolies. But then, we weren't playing...

I really don't want this to be interpreted a political, but if he genuinely thinks this he's a moron. Contemporary wisdom has been shocked by just how bad it has been....the Russian air force is second to none and is capable of obliterating all of her adversaries, as well as protecting Russian airspace from NATO attacks.

Absolutely. I think perhaps he is confusing anarchism with the idea that he should be free to do exactly what he wants whilst everybody else has the freedom to do exactly what they he wants.John Uskglass wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 7:48 pm I wouldn't count him as an anarchist even if he lived by the sweat of his brow. For an anarchist he seems to spend an inordinate amount of time running to the courts run by the state. Or talking about doing so at least.

On that theme, have you seen the video that's been doing the rounds today of a Russian soldier vs a glass and aluminium door? The door wins. Admittedly a twelve bore is a better universal key than an AK but even an AK74 should be able to do the job in the hands of a semi-competent operator.AnOwlCalledSage wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 8:54 pmI really don't want this to be interpreted a political, but if he genuinely thinks this he's a moron. As my mate said to me a few hours ago. The Russian army is large and modern but the large part isn't modern and the modern part isn't large. Add in unwilling conscripts and things won't go well.

I hadn't realised that the President of Ukraine is Jewish. Perhaps that goes some way to explaining why Waugh takes the position he does.

I think he's now claiming that the proposed lifting of Covid restrictions is his victory, with only a couple of minor details still to wrap up.

The "civil litigation" probably refers to his fantasy that Big Farmer will be paying out "potentially bankrupting losses in settling millions of COVID ‘vaccine’ adverse events damages claims".
Quite how this fits in with his previous argument that no-fault vaccine injury compensation schemes, which preclude vaccine injury lawsuits, were proof of blah, blah, blah, something, something genocide something is anybody's guess.
The only things consistent about him are his stupidity and inconsistency.

Re: Michael (of Bernicia) Waugh, UK bankster-buster
Well here's a thing...
https://www.theguardian.com/media/2022/ ... cial-media
‘Bot holiday’: Covid disinformation down as social media pivot to Ukraine
Conspiracy theories around the so-called “New World Order” – loosely defined conspiracies about shadowy global elites that run the world – have converged narrowly on Ukraine, according to emerging research.
“We can’t say for certain that Russia is behind this or that it contributes directly to the propagation of these messages. But it’s pretty difficult to believe that it’s not involved,” Finkelstein said, with topics strikingly similar to Russian talking points about the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, being controlled by the west and the need to dissolve Nato.
And influencers who previously demonstrated against vaccines are now turning their support to Russia.

I've seen shit that says Russia is trying to impose the new world order and others saying it's trying to prevent the new world order.
I suppose it'll take a while before Tucker Carlson, David Icke and Donald Trump give them a final decision as to what they should say. Or maybe not... They don't seem to have any problem believing things that are mutually exclusive and I've never got a loonspud to tell me what exactly the new world order is and why I should be worried.

Sent By O'Bonkers to his email subscriber list: ( The Anarchist is turning into a Capitalist by monetising his output )
Hello
First and foremost, I trust this email finds you and yours happy and well, despite the ill effects of COVID-1984, which is now finally at end in Britain.
However, following a concerted effort by Big Tech to cancel my social media platforms after the first part of the Three Faced Terrorist documentary series was released on 22/02/2022, I really need your help, if you are able to assist me, in keeping my content ad and paywall free for everybody.
Having long since been blacklisted as 'subversive', the exponential growth of my following during the course of COVID-1984, in the aftermath of the success of The Great British Mortgage Swindle, has caused my adversaries to engage in a desperate attempt to silence my voice.
This of course is no surprise, given the explosive nature of the content I have churned out over the past two years, whilst running a Private Criminal Prosecution of the murderous frauds committed by the Four Horsemen and their accomplices [which is due a decision from a district judge any day now].
But this aggressive onslaught of censorship has regrettably resulted in substantial increases in the cost of hosting, publishing and distributing my written, audio and video content, despite the fact that I have never monetized any of it, which leaves me little choice but to ask for your help.
A Humble Request For Support
It goes without saying that the content on my blog and other platforms will remain free to subscribers, unless I am unable to raise sufficient funds to continue beyond the end of this month, in which case I will simply no longer be able to continue my work without charging a monthly or annual subscription fee.
So provided you are not skint [in which case this does not apply] I need you to make a voluntary donation now if you can, to help me cover the costs of providing my content for free, which you can do with a credit or debit card at the link below:
The Bernician Tips Jar
If you would prefer to send me a cheque, please make it out to Michael O'Bernicia and send it to me at the following address:
AFP Group Limited, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
In the event you are in a position to throw some coin my way, any amount, no matter how modest a sum, will be greatly appreciated by myself and everybody who draws benefit from my work without having to pay for it.
All who do will be rewarded for their support with an equally generous gift of a new revolutionary credit-based cryptocurrency I founded called UCT Token, which is set to became as spendable as all the most popular decentralized digital currencies in the very near future.
Nevertheless, in whichever way you show it, whether by throwing a tip in the jar or just sharing my work, never doubt how vitally important your continued support is in making sure that politically incorrect, censored and polemical voices like mine are heard, especially given the manufactured dystopian events which now appear to be the rogue government's 'new normal'.
Coming Soon
In the meantime, since most people in this country are at least trying to resume their lives as they were before [including the bailiffs], we will be resuming the TGBMS Class Action against the Chief Land Registrar, demanding that 11.2 million registered fraudulent mortgages are cancelled.
For the purposes of which I will soon present a webinar on the UCT Lien Process, which continues to stop illegal mortgage possession claims in their tracks, often without going anywhere near a court.
Watch this space for further details about how you can secure your place on the webinar, which will be held before the end of this month, with a limited number of places available.
You will also see a sudden surge in the feed of new and old posts from the Banking Crimes, Historical and Critical Thinking categories, as well as new chapters in The Bernician Chronicles, starting with the publication of chapter nineteen later today.
The first volume of the Chronicles will soon be released via a major Print-on-Demand platform, whilst the e-book version will be free to subscribers, as promised. If you haven't done so already, you can read the serialized version of here.
There will also be lots more UCT related posts, as the autonomous international community of independent sovereign micro-nations I co-founded, otherwise known as Universal Community Trust, continues to expand rapidly worldwide, as we approach the tenth anniversary of its creation this summer, when we will hold a special celebratory event.
As if that and the forthcoming release of part two of The Three Faced Terrorist wasn't enough to whet your appetite for the coming months, the long awaited release of my feature debut as director, NEFARIOUS, a micro-budget guerilla-thriller about two lovable North London dope dealers, who dream of opening their own Amsterdam coffeeshop but get sucked into the murky world of international cocaine smuggling by mistake, will finally happen this summer.
The fast-moving, action-packed film features Danish superstar, Kim Bodnia [Pusher, The Bridge, Killing Eve, The Witcher] in his first English language role, in an effortlessly charismatic performance, alongside Alwein Tulner, Johnny Melville, Sharon Percy [I, Daniel Blake] and Tygo Gernandt [The Last Kingdom], as well as impressive newcomers Conor Woodman, Spek and Guy Porritt [Ted Lasso].
You can watch the Teaser-Trailer for NEFARIOUS at the link below:
NEFARIOUS Teaser-Trailer
That's just about it for now, so until next time, take care, don't despair and never hesitate to trust your instinct and do what you know to be right, no matter how crazy the world around you appears to be.
All the best,
Michael
