Looking upthread, I guess the rules for having a jury in a civil case differ in the UK and the USA. I'm not going to go into the complexities of the particular trial though I have my opinion. There was a civil action between a divorced celebrity couple in 2022 and there was a jury there.

At the end Fordham J says "I fully recognise the important rights which parties have under the Civil Procedure Rules, to access documents from the court records." This sounds as if he's tried the popular Peacekeeper activity of insisting on proof that the order was made (liability orders in their case), even though he knows it was because that's why he's asking.

In the video posted above, at about 16:00 he goes on about this; there are different numbers of pages in his bundle, the bundle the judge has, and the prosecution bundle, so skullduggery is afoot. I can't work out whether he thinks something he submitted has not been included, or some document has been hidden from him.
