I'd love to know how all this DUNS number nonsense started.
Because they're listed in a business directory, it means a free house?
Some people do the same thing here in the US. They find that their local, state or federal government has a Dun & Bradstreet number, so that means that the government is a corporation and we all know that corporations have no right to order living persons on the land to do anything.

In reality, governments have such ids and ratings, so that they can conduct business, such as buing buildings, equipment and supplies.

Besides, the crazies have a tendency to believe that every word in the English language has one and only one meaning. Of course governments are corporations. They're not the same type of corporation as, say, General Motors or Microsoft, but they are still corporations. There are many types of corporations. IANAL but, even I can think of at least six different types.

Good grief, it's almost as if the magick words script doesn't work!
Even if her magic words were real, and that the Sheriff was acting unlawfully, what makes her think that the Sheriff would obey her "lawful" order? If he is willing to flaut the law in this way, he would certainly violate it to continue his corrupt attempts to steal her property.

One thing I have never understood. When I borrow money, whether it is from a friend, relative or corporation, I feel a moral obligation to repay the loan, even if there is no legally binding document, forcing me to do so. So, how can they justify not repaying their mortgage, when they clearly received value from the lender, in the form of their house. Besides, they signed a promisory note when they took out the mortgage, agreeing to repay the money.

I know, they argue that the lender didn't lend any real money; that the bank simply created the money out of thin air.

It does appear that she did attend the hearing and at least present her gibberish defence, rather than just posting it on Facebook like Tobe. It didn't do any good of course ..

"Michelle Ross
I'm using this as an example. The buyer of the car expects to get the log book.
With an alleged mortgage the titles can't be split beneficial (car) and legal (log book) - when spit neither are enforceable. The real Holder in Due Course (if they existed) must own and evidence both
Even in true sale securitisation (admitted by the bank) they fail to inform the Land Reg as they need that fake entry to come against us, even though there's nothing to enforce - as the upfront securitisation extinguished absolutely everything
All ignored by Aberdeen Sheriff Court
'But but but you signed this and you signed that'
Absolutely pathetic - and more than obvious the court are in conflict of interest / collusion with the banks
The sheriff can't be that stupid surely"

Should the Tobe stuff be moved to a new thread?

And local councils are still corporations in the older sense, incorporated under royal charter (although this is done via statute now). It used to be explicitly in their name (you can still see artifacts of this on older drain covers) but the dead giveaway is that current council forward planning documents are still called corporate plans.

I'm just old enough to still think of the bin wagon that comes every Tuesday as being the Corporation Dustcart.
JULIAN: I recommend we try Per verulium ad camphorum actus injuria linctus est.
SANDY: That's your actual Latin.
HORNE: What does it mean?
JULIAN: I dunno - I got it off a bottle of horse rub, but it sounds good, doesn't it?
