Hey, I'm no happier about it than you are. Jacquie's attitude seems to be;
"nice little country you have there. Too bad if something happens to it, like letting hordes of Americans in to take all your poutine and crap beer."

Now I can't make fun of you for being Justin Beibers countryman. What is this world coming to.

A status I had always aspired to but fear I may never achieve. I had only my second post-lockdown piss-up yesterday and I'm still feeling like shite. I wouldn't mind but the amount of ethanol I ingested would barely have had an effect in the pre-covids era.
I'll have to settle for pathetic, senile old stoner.

Alex Belfield - a local gobshite journalist[*] has paid a visit. Seems the rozzers weren't playing fair, but I don't think we have the full story.
* He is a bona fide Journo, with quite an axe to grind with his former employer The BBC. He tells some uncomfortable truths about them, which they don't like.

Anna Brees is a "bono fide Journo", also formerly with the BBC. Doesn't stop her repeating lies and being one of the biggest conspiracy nutters out there (cf: John Pilger, Glen Greenwald et al).hucknallred wrote: ↑Mon May 31, 2021 4:16 pm * He is a bona fide Journo, with quite an axe to grind with his former employer The BBC. What about David Icke, wasn’t he a Journalist before his Ascension ?AnOwlCalledSage wrote: ↑Tue Jun 01, 2021 7:17 amAnna Brees is a "bono fide Journo", also formerly with the BBC. He was the BBC Breakfast sports reporter. Back in those days an actual journalistic qualification wasn't required, he got the job off the back of being an ex-goalkeeper.

She's only a boney fido journalist in the sense that I'm a genuine HGV driver. I haven't driven a truck for over a decade and didn't bother to renew my licence but I did and I could if I wanted to... Which I don't.AnOwlCalledSage wrote: ↑Tue Jun 01, 2021 7:17 am Anna Brees is a "bono fide Journo", also formerly with the BBC.
Her posting paranoid nonsense and blatant lies on her own or other people's repositories of paranoid nonsense and blatant lies doesn't make her a journalist and the past tense doesn't really count. Any claim she had to being a journalist expired years ago.

Which was my point re: Alex Belfield. Once you veer towards lunacy and conspiracism, any accreditation claiming to be an actual journalist is meaningless.
My understanding of his current gripes is that be believes that there is a BBC cabal with links to Nottingham Police out to get him. The Occam's Razor explanation that Nottingham Police might just be a bit stupid and going for low hanging fruit given his behaviour has not permeated his thick skull.

Once he 'came out' about the Beeb & Notts Rozzers, he has become quite tedious, repeating the same stuff over & over again.
Be interesting to see how his case goes against the Police for errr, fingering him & other stuff.
Probably best to leave Belfield there as drifting off topic.

But but but, if he's just a target of opportunity and low hanging fruit then it doesn't give him any status or cred with the really kooool kids who have the black helicopters, or whatever it is over the pond, poor poor bunny, he's just mild amusement for the bored coppers.

It's really happening, at last. Jacquie says so, in fact she's said so quite a few times. She hasn't said what "it" is, although a few people have asked.

I wonder if she'll get involved in 'it', or retire to a safe distance. Perhaps she plans on getting her collar felt, it could result in a free flight home.

I would suspect they would have to scrounge up bus or car fare first. I don't see this as a really big event somehow.

Has anyone thought of reporting her to the Home Office for overstaying her visa? By my reckoning she arrived on the 27th November. she was allowed to remain for 6 months,
Our current Home Secretary is fond of deporting people, but Jacquie does have certain attributes in her favour so perhaps she is not a priority.
However, if anyone would like to dob in the foreign seditionist, with examples of her work, the page is here: https://www.gov.uk/report-immigration-crime

Not really “ attributes in her favour” but well down the list provided that she doesn’t draw attention to herself and starts to become a financial burden. The fact she entered legally and her only breach so far is to overstay barely puts her on the radar. In fact if she kept out of bother and supported herself without recourse to any services she would possibly go undisturbed indefinitely.AnOwlCalledSage wrote: ↑Mon Jun 07, 2021 2:42 pm Has anyone thought of reporting her to the Home Office for overstaying her visa? In years gone by I was involved in the final stages of a fair number of deportations. Usually they went quietly, understanding that the process had run its course. Some arrived at the end point refusing to face the reality of the situation, they usually merited a personal escort. The type that made the customer control technicians outside night entertainment venues look like pussy cats. The common feature of all the deportations was the length of the process a number of opportunities to appeal.

I've seen on one of her posts that she has got some sort of international bank account that has a UK sort code & account number. Used for begging purposes of course.
As long as the mugs keep paying she'll stick around I think.
Wish I could find out more about her shoplifting collar. Scant info is available.

Agreed. She got nowhere in Canada except for being nailed with a very adverse court decision. While she scoffed at it I doubt she was as defiant as she pretended. As far as I'm aware she couldn't make a penny out of PLD here and she was treated like a nutcase. So if you Brits want to shower her with adulation and cash why would she want to come back?hucknallred wrote: ↑Mon Jun 07, 2021 9:05 pm I've seen on one of her posts that she has got some sort of international bank account that has a UK sort code & account number.
