That's a different group I believe. Tom and his group number about 20 including the usual suspects. But they departed the court a bit ago seemingly heading across the canal towards the bars on the other side, probably for a spot of lunch

On the plus side no visible police presence which will lead to a reduced risk of conflict. Although I'm sure they're in standby if required.

Mark Gillard is aka Trial By Social Media (Youtube) yes hes anti FMOTL but he also despises bailiffs court's and the police and particularly despises British Gas, hence why he's attending these event's. He had a run in about photography a week or so ago with security people and had his camera seized so that really ought to have been a wake up call to him. And yes, the won't tolerate any goings on there today especially given the high profile of the case.

Interesting or not, some of them look to be members of staff who could easily be involved in today's hearings. The laws are very clear on pictures of them being taken and then being made publicly available. Given the volatile nature of some of Crawford's supporters you can see why they do not like photo's being taken.

You don't get remand on bail. Remand is always in custody.

If the court decides to put you on remand it means you will go to prison until your hearing at a magistrates’ court.

If you are under 18 you will be taken to a secure centre for young people, not an adult prison.

You will probably be put on remand if:

you have been charged with a serious crime, eg armed robbery
you have been convicted of a serious crime in the past
the police think you may not go to your court hearing
the police think you may commit another crime while on bail
you have been given bail before and not stuck to the terms

I know the video your on about, i was going to mention it but did not like to and that was my exact thoughts. I had a horrible feeling when Wesley started appearing in his videos he was treading a dangerous path. I hope he gets out of this ok and they do not lump in with the likes of Ceylon etc.

To those that don't know him Mark (Trial By Social Media) as others have said has no truck with FMOTL types, his main aim appears to be exposing how judgements etc are dealt with by Bailiffs, not with the laws themselves. He hates British Gas with a passion.
