Hot of the kent online press. Cabbies "legal" advisor tobe hayden leigh was finally caught by a no notice eviction today. Apparently he was arrested for breach of the peace and this video shows his home now fenced up like fort know with a posse of security guards on site. Happy day!

It was a very organised "hit" Tobe was apparently arrested for criminal damage at a previous house recapture, which gave the bailiffs opportunity to go in and clear the property which, rumour has it, has already been sold. Tobe is currently whining on about wrong coloured ink and dodgy seals, even the usually verbose banaman has been silent

Summary: I'm not doing anything without notice to the Bank, and while it's urgent in the sense that eviction is imminent, why didn't you do something about it earlier - the orders were made in June 2024?

At the end Fordham J says "I fully recognise the important rights which parties have under the Civil Procedure Rules, to access documents from the court records." This sounds as if he's tried the popular Peacekeeper activity of insisting on proof that the order was made (liability orders in their case), even though he knows it was because that's why he's asking.

I'm still at a loss as to what good they think those applications will do -it just confirms what they already know and gets them no further forward. If councils, banks etc were in the habit of regularly making up court orders from thin air it obviously would be necessary, but it's not very likely.

Welp 72 hours later there's no victory video so it's probably safe to assume security are still present onsite scrolling through Facey on their phones whilst having a brew or 3.

The house is up for auction on 12/13 February with a guide price of £195 000 of which our hero will get next to nothing from.

This is the second time he has been evicted from this property,'there is a security guard lying on me sofa' anyone remember the video? Rumour is that his mum bought it back for him.

He had two properties repossessed on the same day? must be some kind of record

He was supposed to be evicted from both properties last July, however his motley crew were present in numbers which is why the bailiffs went back to court and got a no notice warrant. Not sure if they have been to the second property yet but there is certainly plenty of police presence according to the local Facebook groups

Lovely to see the guy, who is the MD I now know (He joined a FB group I admin that is documenting THL), taking absolutely no nonsense.

Having dealt with evictions in a past life, having to pre-arrange an appointment to access goods left in the property is standard practice, even for an uncontested eviction of someone who is unlikely to kick off. Nobody is conspiring against THL.

However, again speaking from experience of working in the public sector, he is finding out the hard way that the more obnoxious you are to people dealing with your case, the more likely they are to be as obstructive as they can get away with.

There seems to be a widely held view that anyone dealing with the general public in a service role has to be nice to them at all times. Whilst this is sometimes the case, it's absolutely not universal.

Perhaps you should have a thread dedicated to Rapid response, the group behind these house "recaptures" . Cabbies time must be up soon and the ghastly Trevor mealham who struts around with his giant folder of gibberish and tells everyone that he advises government is also under threat of a no notice eviction and the strange little chap in the army fatigues called mikey P currently has a warrant out for his arrest. I have also noticed that their lead photographer Banaman(he that sounds like Paul daniels) has maintained strict radio silence concerning Tobe's current sad situation
