This is a repeat of a "charge" he originally "filed" in 2009. A Canadian supporter tells what happened:

As of this writing, he has not been charged with mutiny for his formal charge of treason leveled against the sitting President of the United States, almost three months after those charges were filed, and Secret Service agents effectively vetted those charges on March 19th.

If Fitzpatrick’s charge of treason against the sitting President is false, why has he not been charged with mutiny? Why did Secret Service agents leave without arresting Commander Fitzpatrick on March 19th, or at any time since?

While the rest of us were cooking/eating/cleaning up with our families yesterday, what was Orly doing?

1. Posting "Now we really feel safe! U.S. military cameras catch our strategic military partners in action," a link to a night-vision video purportedly of a couple Afghans getting amorous with a goat. I say "purportedly" because I can't tell what's going on, but then again I don't have the experience in this area that Orly does. No doubt sharing such videos is a Thanksgiving/Hanukkah tradition at the Taitz home.

2. "More fraud from pathological liar and Presidency thief Soetoro-Soebakah-Obama," which shows a handwritten letter by the president responding to a letter about the "toxic political environment" that quoted the letter's charge that he "made fun of tea-baggers." By Taitz logic, the fact that he wrote "tea-baggers," even if quoting the original letter, was making fun of them since this is a term the Tea Party loathes. I see, but calling the President a liar and thief is OK. She ends with "Don't expect the lapdog media to carry this." I won't.

3. She crows about being "nominated for The Medal of Freedom" by one of her readers in a comment to another post.

This person has been a workhorse for freedom, she has kept on trucking when others have lost faith, just to find it again with her energy. She is a modern Jeanne d’Arc to millions of Americans and others who look at the American system of justice and can’t believe it is a first world country. She has sacrificed her life to a cause where Thermopylae looks like a picnic, where the odds are purposely engineered by a government who uses taxpayer money to fight the taxpayers. This woman is more than worthy of the medal of freedom. She goes by the name of Orly Taitz.

O Rly? Isn't this the Presidential Medal of Freedom, an award bestowed by the President of the United States for which there is no nomination process? And isn't that President the same Barack Obama that Ms. Taitz insults and accuses daily? Something tells me the chances of her getting this might be slimmer than she thinks...

i have heard someone ran DNA obtained from Obama through ancestral DNA testing and he has NO black in him. We have been narrowing down his ancestry and believe we have found who his parents might be.

I received several responses in regards to lack of birth certificates of Obama’s daughters and lack of any pictures of Obamas with their newborn daughters. One reader commented that the children are innocent and I agree with that.

Indeed the kids are innocent and there is nothing wrong with adopting children or using a surrogate mother, who is impregnated with the father’s sperm when the adoptive mother has problems to conceive or to carry a baby to term. One of Romney’s sons adopted a black child, another son used a surrogate, when his wife could not have more children. If this information on Romney’s grandchildren was made public by the media, why do they not report on Obama’s children and on the lack of birth records of his children and the lack of pictures of Obamas with their newborn children ? If Michelle gave birth to them, there should be hospital records, birth certificate and pictures. If the girls are adopted or were born by a surrogate, there is no shame in that as well, it should be reported as well, just as it was reported in regards to three adopted grand children of Romney and McCain’s adopted second daughter Bridget, whom Cindy McCain found in an orphanage in Asia.

Further, any secret can be used for blackmail. It is widely believed that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, was blackmailed by someone with evidence on circumstances of adoption of his two children. His children are white, blue eyed kids, who were adopted in South America. This became suspicious as children from South America are typically dark skinned and have dark eyes. Further it was found that the kids are from Ireland and that in order to circumvent Irish strict laws on foreign adoption, the mothers of these two kids were flawn together with their babies to South America, where the adoption formally took place. This might not be illegal, but it might be unethical. It is belied that this was used as a trump card to force Roberts to vote for Obamacare and refuse to hear on the merits all cases on Obama’s use of fabricated IDs, be a part of the cover up. sadly today NSA has evidence on every judge and can intimidate and blackmail every judge and of course the cases are typically heard by judge, who refuse to send them to the juries. the whole system of Justice and law is just an illusion today.

While adoption of children is not something that would disqualify a person from being a President, the documentary evidence of birth of his children should be released, to make sure that there are no circumstances that can be used to black mail a person who is sitting in the position of the U.S. President. (not to say that there isn’t enough as it is).

Plaintiff herein, Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ respectfully requests honorable Royce Lamberth to recuse himself as a presiding judge in the case at hand and transfer the case to another judge.

28 USC 455 and precedent of Marshall v Jarrico 446 U.S. 238, 242, 100 S. Ct. 161, 642 Ed 2d 182 (1980) will provide for such recusal.

The case at hand deals with the refusal by the Postmaster General and Inspector General for the USPS to provide records under FOIA 5 US 552 Freedom of Information act. The records that are requested relate to a flagrantly forged Selective Service registration of Barack Obama and a flagrantly forged USPS cancellation stamp affixed to it. Fabricated stamp is so laughable that it looks like it was concocted by a mentally challenged five year old or a forger who is legally blind. Sworn affidavit of a former Chief Investigator of the US Coast Guard confirms that the document is altered.

At issue is the fact that this court showed bias in prior relating cases and the plaintiff is fairly sure that this court will show the same bias in the case at hand.

In the prior case of Taitz v Astrue 11-cv-402 plaintiff provided the court with undeniable evidence of Obama using a stolen Social Security number of a resident of Connecticut born in 1890.

In spite of the fact that the plaintiff provided the court with all the evidence that the Social Security Administration defrauded the court and the nation and improperly withheld the SS-5 application which it was obligated to release, this court chose to ignore all the evidence and to cover it all up. By doing so this court showed bias against the plaintiff and against every US citizen for this matter and in favor of Barack Obama who stole the franchise of the US President with stolen and fabricated IDs.

It is clear that this court will continue showing the same bias in the case at hand and as such the plaintiff respectfully asks this court to recuse itself and transfer the case to another judge.

Further on, such transfer of the case is in the best interest of the public at large. U.S. citizens deserve better than a thief, who is usurping the U.S. Presidency with a stolen Social Security number and fabricated IDs. National Security and the well being of the U.S. military require release of the records in question and require an end to the cover up. As such, recusal by this court is justified, essential and in the public interest.

Who is the claimant
Eugene McCarthy acquired his BS (in Mathematics), MS (in Genetics) and PhD (in Genetics) at the University of Georgia; the last of these degrees he acquired in 2003. According to his Google+, he is a geneticist, evolutionary theorist, author, and web entrepreneur, and his employment for the last 5 years has been his website, macroevolution.net.

To quote from macroevolution.net:
During my years at the genetics department, I became increasingly dissatisfied with the standard explanation of evolution. The more I read about fossils, the more convinced I became that Darwin's account of the evolutionary process was fundamentally flawed. Moreover, in my study of hybrids I became aware that an alternative way of thinking about evolution, what I now call "stabilization theory," could do a better job of explaining the available data.

So in his own words, Dr. McCarthy thinks evolutionary science is wrong somehow but thinks he knows better. [And Orly was ridiculing this guy? Sound's like a kindred spirit to me!] Dr. McCarthy does have a book about bird hybrids published by Oxford University Press, which appears to be his most recent published scientific work; his attempts to publish a similar book about mammals and about his new theory of animal origins have not worked out, possibly because of his claims...

What is the claim
Various apes have mated, produced viable offspring, and continued mating with various species of pigs, and this mating has produced some of the modern and extinct species of apes. In particular, humans are the result of mating between, to quote from the above-linked article from phys.org, "a male boar or pig (Sus scrofa) with a female chimp (Pan troglodytes)".

[What is Orly's claim?
President Obama stole the SSN of a man born in 1890 when he could have gotten a legitimate one easily with no questions asked, and then by coincidence lived many years later at the same address this man had in the 1940s. I like the chimp and boar setting up housekeeping theory better.]

Why this claim is probably, almost definitely, wrong
PZ Myers at Pharyngula discussed some of the reasons why this hypothesis can not be true, but I will just place the most obvious ones here:

1) The only evidence that Dr. McCarthy offers in support of this claim are morphological and behavioural "similarities" between pigs and humans. Morphology is useful for determining evolutionary relationships, but it can be misleading if where that morphology came from (the ontogeny of the morphology; what did the anatomy look like in embryos/fetuses/neonates/juveniles) is not investigated. That kangaroos and humans both walk on their hindlimbs only is a meaningless observation unless there is evidence that we both acquired that trait in the same way.

[Yes, men are pigs. You don't need to go much further than a Sunday afternoon football party to learn that. That doesn't mean anything about their great-grandmother's choice of paramours.]

2) Dr. McCarthy makes this extreme evolutionary hypothesis without discussing the genome very much, which is odd, for a geneticist. But he gives no genomic evidence, whatsoever, that human evolution had porcine input. In fact he states, on the linked page, that there is no reason to suppose that the genes derived from pigs in modern humans would be sequentially similar to those of pigs, because a given type of gene is very rarely present in only a single type of organism. While the second part of his sentence is true, there should be genetic similarities between pig and human genomes if any of the human genome is derived from pig. He offers no such evidence, possibly because every published genomic study of pigs, human, and non-human apes suggests that the former are only distantly related to the latter two.

3) Pigs and apes are both placental mammals, but not very related to one another. So their last common ancestor may have been sometime in the late Cretaceous, 70ish million years ago. The claim that the gametes of a pig and a chimp would be compatible in any sort of way requires evidence that other such large crosses are possible. Dr. McCarthy has no such evidence, although he thinks he does, which results in such bizarre claims as claiming that platypuses and echidnas (the most primitive living mammals) are the results of crosses between birds and mammals, which last shared a common ancestor at least 300 million years ago. Such an idea has been refuted for over a century.

Does this claim deserve attention?
This claim was first posted online in July and it didn't get much press because it's ridiculous. [Another link to Orly!] So I'm really confused as to why the Daily Mail is giving it any press now, almost five months after it was first thrown online. Well, I'm not totally confused, but I'll get back to that.

No, it doesn't deserve attention. The author is a modern day Charles Fort in the sense that he is really good at tracking down small pieces of data in order to support a seemingly nonsensical conclusion. [Yet another! What are the odds?] But in the scientific world, hypotheses deserve to be tested.

Four years ago a paper was published in PNAS that hypothesized that some members of insects are the result of a hybridization event between adult insects and velvet worms which produced caterpillars which eventually mutated and became other forms of insect larvae. That such a paper was published in the fourth most powerful journal in life/earth sciences was very confusing. Even a subsequent commentary letter published in PNAS asked WTF the journal was thinking. To quote from that letter,

This paper has fallen through the cracks of the review process of one of the most prestigious scientific journals, and this has not passed unnoticed. Online debates have erupted between those appalled that such article has appeared in a scientific forum and those who feel that scientific debate requires that all ideas, no matter how ill- formed, be discussed. But we should ask whether an individual can propose any theory, no matter how unsupported that idea may be, and demand that others do the work to test it scientifically.

Dr. McCarthy's hypothesis demands that others do the work to test it scientifically, while ignoring multiple lines of scientific evidence that it is wrong, and even making false claims about the hybridization abilities of mammals to the extreme of claiming that mammals and birds used to (or still can?) be able to produce viable offspring.

Why did the Daily Mail publish this?
The Daily Mail is known for its less-than-stellar record in discussing scientific research. Even if no malice was meant, promoting this research as if it is something that an actual scientist thinks (note that the Daily Mail refers to Dr. McCarthy as a leading geneticist, even though some of his most recent genetics work was published in 2004) results in the public thinking ill of scientists. When the Daily Mail introduces Dr. McCarthy as "Eugene McCarthy, of the University of Georgia", (which is a false statement; Dr. McCarthy, as far as I can tell, is not employed by the University of Georgia, and hasn't been for several years), that allows the audience to think ill of the University of Georgia in particular but academia in general.

While I don't think that the author of the piece intended to make light of evolution, evolutionary theory, or scientists in general, I am well aware of the hostility that the Daily Mail has for "controversial" scientific subjects.

Publicizing ridiculous independent, unpublished scientific hypotheses at the same level as academically-scrutinized published scientific papers confuses the lay audience into thinking that all scientific research is similarly incompetent. In the Information Age, wherein everyone has the same ability to throw something online, not discriminating between "this is something some loonie put online" and "this is a well-researched study reviewed by independent authorities" leads to all kinds of pseudoscientific nonsense, some of which just plain kills people. [Is this Orly's ultimate aim? To make people distrust lawyers? But, but, but... They already do!]

I don't know about you, but I think it would be ashamed if Orly let her prejudice about this guy prevent her from getting together with him to produce their own hybrid. Where Are Obama’s Daughters’ Baby Pics & Birth Records?

I got an email this morning from FOTM reader Dave McMullen, asking why there aren’t baby pictures of Obama’s two daughters, Malia and Sasha.
Wikipedia says “Barack and Michelle Obama have two daughters: Malia Ann, born on July 4, 1998, and Natasha (known as Sasha), born on June 10, 2001.“
So I did a Google Image search for Obama’s daughters. I couldn’t find any baby pics of Malia or Sasha; neither could Dave.
The youngest-looking pic of the girls I found was in an article extolling Michelle Obama, dated August 20, 2007, on the website Afrobella. The pic is undated. If we go by the date of the Afrobella article, Malia would be 9 years old and Sasha would be 6 years old.
In contrast, Dave found a website with a pic of Laura Bush, wife of President George W. Bush, holding their two-month-old twins, Jenna and Barbara.
I have seen pics of Barack and Michelle’s wedding, like this one below, but none of Michelle pregnant with child.
Then I went on the website Ancestry.com, and searched for birth records of Malia Obama, b. 1998, and Natasha Obama, b. 2001. These are the results:

In other words, I couldn’t find any birth records of either Malia Obama or Natasha Obama on either ancestry.com or genealogybank.com.

If anyone can find baby pictures and birth records of Malia Obama and/or Natasha Obama, please let me know!

I've said many times that the two girls are not Obama's. I remember an interview Obama had on TV several years ago and he gave the wrong name of one of his daughters. This is getting interesting.

I am looking for any and all information in regards to Michelle and Barack Obama travelling to Morocco in 2000-2001, one way trip for Natasha (Sasha) Obama from Morocco in and around 2000, possibly 2001

Nobody is going after the children.
It is a legitimate question: why there are no birth certificates and birth records for Malia and Sasha Obama, while there such records for children of other presidents?
For example, media questioned, whether Sarah Palin’s youngest child is actually her daughter’s chlld, Sarah Palin produced his hospital birth certificate.
Media reported on adoption of McCain’s second daughter Bridget, on adoption of Romney’s grand children, on birth of two of Romney’s grand children by a surrogate, why not provide an explanation, why there are no birth records of Malia and Sasha Obama in national databases, while all the other records are there.
This is particularly of interest, as it was shown that Barack Obama is using a stolen Connecticut Social Security number of Harrison Bounel, which failed both e-verify and SSNVS and fabricated IDs. What is going on?

No Orly, Sarah Palin didn't produce a birth certificate for her son Trig, and I never heard a anyone go on and on demanding it like you and your ilk do about the President, who did. By the way, did you put everyone in the McCain and Romney families' SSN through e-verify? If not, why not, WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO HIDE!

Something made the regime apprehensive. Over 300,000 articles were de-linked from searches on Attorney Orly Taitz. Since it happened today, it is likely due to articles on lack of birth records for Malia and Sasha Obama in the U. S. databases or because of the latest “Obamacare for dummies” by Attoney Taitz, which explained the connection between the Obamacare and WTO-GATT, NAFTA Ponzi schemes, which robbed over a 100 million Americans of good employer paid insurances

Let me get this straight, Orly searches her own name daily and keeps track of the number of hits? And is so upset when they go down she blames the President and crows that it must be due to pressure from her which means she's winning?

Yes! I knew I posted right, in the past, when I thought that their family was added together, like a puzzle, but NOT officially!
Which now shows that his inability to publicize (all) his records, etc., makes sense. There is a method to his madness!
And shame on Google. That makes them very complicit in this Crisis!

Seriously, I remember Orly going on and on about the "Sarah Palin was the grandmother, not mother of disabled son Trig" rumor that was popular in Alaska in 2008. It never got many legs 'cause nobody pushed it, but Orly was outraged anyway.

I remember this brief, but intense, rumor immediately after Palin was named by McCain. The 'evidence' - squeezed and flimsy - rested largely on the fact that Palin herself had managed to take airplanes far from Alaska on what turned out to be the very eve of the birth, so that she rushed back on plane virtually going straight from the airport to the maternity hospital when she reached Alaska; the suggestion being that she wasn't really the one carrying the baby. For some reason this fascinated some of us, who thought this mattered regarding her fitness to be VP (I am ashamed to admit that I was caught up briefly), until Palin was more or less forced to reveal that Bristol was currently preggers and therefore could not have given birth some six months earlier.

I was, however, unaware that the Dim Blonde was making an issue of this, primarily because she was not then a celebrity. If Orly was against Palin as VP, then howcome Orly is also against Obama?

In perusing the birther dentist turned lawyer's website, I note a couple of new gems as of today's date.

Yes, that's right, Google is real concerned about Orly's latest semi-English ravings and had to take action to protect the Kenyan Muslim in Chief. At least that's what she thinks happened.

Also, one can't possibly keep all her nutty court cases straight, but she is trying to recuse yet another judge from her cases, all on the basis of her not having favorable outcomes in his courtroom before. One could be forgiven for thinking that happens in all judges courtroom, but she tries to recuse all of THEM also.

Her specific reasoning is:
"In the prior case of Taitz v Astrue 11-cv-402 plaintiff provided the court with undeniable legal, competent evidence of Obama using a stolen Social Security number of a resident of Connecticut born in 1890."

So, in other words, search results from an online site which show that someone with a certain name (bounel) was tied to a certain address is "undeniable" and "competent" "evidence" of "Obama using a stolen social security number of a resident of Connecticut born in 1890." Apparently, the judge applied those pesky Federal Rules of Evidence and found her speculations wanting, which to her, means "bias."

I don't give her motion much of a chance.
