Tonight WE have been working on and feel sure WE now have it confirmed that 34 arrest warrants have been issued for black hats in this country "starting with the top down". For you MESSIAH WORSHIPPERS that means the "walk on water man himself". WE hear all will be served before day break. The charges are Embezzlement, attempted Embezzlement, TREASON and 20 other charges.

Action, reaction.

The Countries told the World Court that "they are an embarrassment to the world".

WE hear the news media in the U.S. and in Europe have been notified of the warrants. WE hear the news media in the U.S. is already calling around looking for answers.

Some of the 'players" are complaining they have to read the Casper updates to find out what's going on.

For a brief moment mid day it appeared problems involving the Military had been dealt with and we were back on go.

Late afternoon the packs are still in D.C. in posession of the Military and they have orders from OBAMA and BUSH to never let them go, again saying, along with the Military now saying, we will never see them.

Simultaneously OBAMA and BUSH are reported to be "HIGH". Unsure whether that means drugs or they think they have won a final victory.

WE have no further Intel at this time, unsure what will happen next, will report when possible.

p.s. The Military has now told the World Court to "kiss their ass", they will not follow their orders.

"We will never see the packages, he will first declare Martial Law and have all of us arrested". He will "pick us up and send us to jail". He will "get this money one way or another".

WE have been quiet for a while in anticipation of deliveries, first yesterday then today for sure.

The military is in posession of the packages and word was widespread they had been positioned yesterday for delivery today. This morning they are in D.C. still in possession of the military. The military says they will not follow the orders of the World Court because BUSH/OBAMA claims to have World Court in their pocket.

Meanwhile the World Court is on our side one day, their side the next. Today BUSH/OBAMA again claims to have them in their pocket. The Countries want this done but take no definitive action apparently not having the courage to do what is necessary vs the U.S. and OBAMA.

Speaking of our DICTATOR OBAMA, he is a "Dr. Jeckle/Mr. Hyde" personality. He is as you see him on television, when not in public he is "CRAZY". He is variously described as a MANIAC, a DEVOUT COMMUNIST, and extremely SATANIC willing to do anything, anything at all to preserve the status quo which is the Emergency Rule in effect since '33.

BUSH JUNIOR was in CHINA over the weekend enlisting the support of the CHI-COMS for a deal to repay the Countries part of their stolen assets (gold) if CHINA, the COUNTRIES and the WORLD COURT will agree with BUSH/CLINTON/OBAMA that we the people will never be paid. After that meeting WE learn the World Court "noise" about arrest warrants, them "meaning business this time", final warnings to OBAMA, etc. was either false in the first place or they have now backed off their promises, threats and commitments as a result of the unfolding circumstances described herein.

Most everyone is frightened of OBAMA ....His plans and actions are EVIL. WE can think of no better word for them.

WE don't know yet the outcome of the BUSH/OBAMA deal making attempts with the PRC and the Countries. WE don't know yet what has been or will be done regarding the World Court or the current problem.

It's no exaggeration to say that every source and messenger on the planet expected deliveries today by Military.

Interpol was to locate, inspect and see to it deliveries occurred today.
Don't forget, it is the Queen who pays Interpol's salaries.
The packs were located "in the bunker" in the White House where the Military had taken them on orders of OBAMA.
The Military agreed they would get them out and get them delivered today.
Tonight they are still in the bunker at the White House.

WE do not believe the BUSH/OBAMA/PRC/COUNTRIES/WORLD COURT "DEAL" got done.
WE do believe the current blockage is 100% BUSH/OBAMA and the Military is following their orders to the letter.
The Military said this afternoon "when will you fools learn you are never going to see these packages".

This is all WE have right now, WE are trying to determine "what next".

Still no word on President Obama's arrest, but I have it on good authority that there are billions of his clones waiting in the wings (large wings) so there will always be one to take his place. Darn Illuminati!

"The Ming" obviously refers to Ming the Merciless, ruler of Planet Mongo. As for him "using our program monies like a CD" this is NOT like a certificate of deposit but like a compact disc. That's right, he's been playing them in his stereo.

This morning, Friday April 24th, the packs are still in the White House, with Obama refusing to deliver them.

A more detailed explanation will follow tonight or tomorrow ( Sat.) but for now, we wish to convey the following brief update to those who "Need To Know."

This morning WE have learned The Ming, have been using all program monies like a CD ( Certificate of Deposit) that had been structured like a CD... for years.

This has been extended for an additional 2 years.

If the programs were paid out now, they will loose approx. $21,000,000,000,000.00 ( $21Trillion ) in interest.

All the time they were claiming that they wanted the programs released was false info.
