The situation at this moment is nip and tuck. Thats what the voices tell me. The fight over immunities continues, it may be over at any moment, it may continue for a few days. Our best guess is the former.
The voices told me that some of the "Non-Compliant" banks have made last minute decisions to become compliant but as near as we can determine this has nothing to do with the latest delays.

Not mentioned before now is that the packs, all packs, have been held at the CHINESE EMBASSY in D.C. since being retrieved from Treasury and the Supreme Court a week or so ago. Acting on World Court orders it was their responsibility to get the packs to distribution points around the country for pick up and delivery by secret methods and they have done so twice more after the fiasco involving the Ambassadors WE previously reported. On both occasions, upon arrival, CHINA refused to hand over the packs to the secret delivery helpers who were present and ready as scheduled.
Behind the scenes CHINA was attempting to negotiate immunity for THE BUSH'S and delaying deliveries as leverage in negotiations which were turned down flat by the Court. Huge financial penalties were applied to CHINA by the Court because of the delays with CHINA then claiming they were unable to pay then further delaying by pulling the packs back a second time. Remember, as WE have previously reported, Red China is just as broke as OBAMA. The funds to keep the U.S. alive comes through the Chinese Gov't. alright and appears publicly as U.S. debt to them but in fact the funds are provided by the five dynasty families to avoid a complete meltdown of the U.S. and the horrific consequences to the American people. Then, to add insult to injury CHINA attempted more trades to try and generate the funds to pay the penalties, all were blocked of course.
There is more but it is unnecessary and superfluous. The situation is being dealt with.
WE can't afford to be specific at this moment so lets just say the "high alert" message from yesterday is still applicable and the sign is flashing.

The sign Casper sees flashing is from the bar nextdoor to where he lives on skid row. Casper has never paid his tab at this bar (instead he gives them vague promises based on a large financial delivery he's expecting) so he doesn't visit it anymore, opting for a few cans of Sterno in private instead (resulting in a "high alert" message). However, when he gets his packie (any minute now) he'll be able to drink the true NESARA cocktails, like those described below:
NESARA Martini
6 parts Gin
1 part Draino
Ice
Put the ice into a cocktail shaker, splash the draino onto the ice, add the gin and stir (never shake a Martini, this identifies you as a member of MI6 and the New World Order). Strain the mixture into a chilled glass and garnish with a small cube of raw beef liver. If you want to make it "dirty," add floor sweepings.
NESARA Old Fashioned
2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz asphalt
2 dashes bitters
Pour "onto the rocks" (using real rocks, they mix well with the asphalt) and garnish with a twist. The 60's teen dance, not a strip of lemon peel.
NESARA Gin and Tonic
2 oz Gin
4 oz hair tonic (Brylcreem is traditional, a little dab will do ya)
Serve on ice, garnished with a clump of hair. Also good for cowlicks.
NESARA Mojito
2 oz light rum
1 oz simple syrup
Lime Juice
3 oz soda water
2-3 cubes of ice
Poison Ivy leaves (2-5 or to taste)
Add the ivy leaves to the syrup and ice, brusing them slightly to release the flavor. Add rum and soda and stir. Always wear gloves while preparing this drink!

Regarding the NESARA drink mixing guide posted earlier today – I just got a nasty note from Sherry Shriner complaining that I didn’t include her “Orgone Cocktail” in my list. So, without further ado (and you don’t want to ado Sherry any further, trust me), here it is!
Anti-NESARA drinks
Orgone Cocktail (see http://www.orgonewarriors.com/make-your-own.htm)
Ingredients:
Clear Quartz Crystals - 1 - 2 inch are best and the more crystals the more power. If I have small crystals I put a palm full in each serving.
Metal Shavings - shredded aluminum or shredded titanium with pennies for an extra copper power boost. Using pre-1983 pennies are best, and you can get them for pennies. You can get metal shavings from metal shops that sell them, or you can use aluminum foil roasting pans from the grocery store. If using roasting pans cut them up in 2 inch pieces and roll them up into - one inch or 1/2 inch pieces. Fold them into small pieces and flatten them down.
Copper Wire - you can get 500 sq/ft rolls of copper at home improvement stores. I like 14 or 12 gauge. It's coated, so I just strip the coating off with a utility knife. Cut off about 6 inches and wrap it around something that's at least an inch or two wide like a PVC pipe. Wrap it clockwise around the pipe then slide it off and set it into the center of your pan or cup. You want to use bare copper wire. You will want to use the heavier 14, 12, or even 10 gauge. I strip about 50 feet of wire, then wrap it around a PVC pipe and then snip it. Some people ask how to wind a clockwise coil. This confuses me myself, so I just wind ‘em and they always work, so it must be right!
Resin - I use auto bondo fiberglass resin. It's easy to find at any place that sells auto parts. Even Walmart has it. You can buy a quart or a gallon. It comes with a small tube of hardner. It's easiest to mix the entire thing at one time then try to guess proper amounts of the resin/hardner to use.
Spirits – I hear it’s best to use a premium vodka, such as Grey Goose, but this is too expensive for most spiritual warriors to use. I usually go down to “Doc’s Liquors” and see what’s on sale. For higher power use Everclear.
Directions:
With vegetable oil or non-stick cooking spray grease or spray the pan or glasses you are using. By “pan” I mean metal muffin pans, which allow you to mix and drink 12 cocktails at once. For individual servings, I use old aluminum coffee cans, a sundae dish, candle votive holder, or parfait glass.
Add the ingredients (crystals, metal shavings, wire) to the “glass” and then pour in the mixed resin. Add one jigger of vodka, and garnish with a copper penny for extra power. Make in a well-ventilated area, outside or in a garage. Be sure to tell your guests to “drink up” before the resin hardens, or they’ll have problems swallowing it. Much like my reports.
Scary Sherry’s Power Shake
1 oz Tequila
1 oz Crème de Menthe
1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Napalm
2 oz Mogen-David Extra-Heavy Malaga Wine
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour over a bucket of ice. Strain, correct the seasoning, and keep away from open flames.

China continues to play hide and seek with the packs while lying to the world in the process.
The immunity demands reported this morning are real and part of the stall, but another issue has come to light this afternoon, which helps to explain why the packs are back in the Chinese Embassy as we write.
After the scheduled delivery of Freedom today, the banking and monetary systems change over was scheduled for midnight tonight, after which the criminals ill gotten gains, hidden around the world, including their overload of toxic derivatives, would have been worthless.
By stalling the deliveries, China, with the indirect assistance of the World Court as they refused to go into the Embassy to retrieve the packs, were working with Bush to create a scenario in which they would be able to obtain the 'One for One' exchange of their stolen funds apparently without having to prove the source of those funds. This would also apply to their stores of derivatives.
Whether this is because of complicated "legalese" written into various documents, or simply the latest scam being attempted by the best scammers and con artists the world has ever known, we don't know yet.
Suffice it to say this poorly written explanation does not originate with us, but with brighter allies from the Legal realms.
We are once again back into a 'wait and see' posture.

The over all situation this afternoon has deteriorated from " DELIVERIES ARE ABOUT TO START" into a Legal quagmire in which the World Court is again failing to perform any of it's responsibilities.
They are NOT helping to obtain possession of the packs from the Chinese Embassy.
They are not pursuing the arrests.
They are not pushing for the announcements.
They are not attempting to over come the Bush/ Red China sabotage efforts in any way whatsoever.
Having convinced themselves " They" have found a Legal Loophole allowing them to exchange their stolen booty 'One for One', Bush and his allies are now about the business of convincing others, including certain countries, that they too, will be able to turn everything on it's head and exchange all things Fiat for Metals Backed Money, 'One for One' no matter how corrupt the "source of funds."
At the center of this unfolding legal crisis are the 40 Freedom account deliveries previously made to Obama allies, illegally delivered, but then Legally confiscated, and the resulting argument/"fact" that these deliveries, although illegal and made clandestinely for nepherious purposes, served the technical purpose, even though un-intended, of legally triggering the announcements, while at the same time all other same program participants had their packages illegally withheld.
These 40 packages were signed for legally even though the delivery of them was illegal.

Any subsequent paperwork that those recipients may have signed is illegal so say Judges we are talking with.
To simplify, everything they are trying to do, led by Bush Sr., is designed to again enrich themselves while simultaneously screwing everyone else, and Red China is facilitating the attempt while the World Court stands by...Mute and quite possibly "purchased".
All this at the very last moment just as everything is in place for delivery for several days in a row, just as the background banking change over is ready to take place.
What "they" are trying to do, if the above attempt to explain it is not sufficient, is to obtain a 100% conversion of their stolen funds and their worthless assets, while simultaneously stopping the announcements and the arrests. Then and only then, letting our deliveries go, and leaving "WE THE PEOPLE" at the mercy of Obama, Homeland Security, Black Water (XE), Carlisle, Acorn and every other group of vampires and snakes in Washington, NY, etc.
It's a mess, with the outcome up in the air.

As a lottery expert (where do you think the $billions I get from the CIA & NWO for thwarting NESARA go?) I estimate that if President Obama bought 300 trillion $1 tickets, he would have almost a 50-50 chance of winning the $325 million! About the same return as my 401k and mutual funds.

The latest International Battle of Metals vs. Fiat as described in our last four updates continued yesterday with a "deal" getting done wherein the bad guys led by Senior would get 2 1/2 cents (or percent) on the dollar in metals backed funds for their approximate 827 T in hidden cash and derivatives.
After much harsh confrontation all bad guys except Bush Senior agreed to these terms as the alternative was absolutely nothing, which was and would have been the outcome from a purely legal point of view.
Making a deal with the Fiat Criminals was to put an end to the B.S. and that's apparently why the good guys agreed to it.
Shortly after this deal was made mid -level military removed the packs from the Chinese Embassy. Then, top level military took the packs from those who went in and got them and the packages were disbursed to the Pentagon, Treasury and the Supreme Court. Shortly afterward the Freedom packs were moved from the Pentagon to Treasury. Their plan, WE hear, in spite of the just concluded agreement, was to access some of the cards in the packs using codes provided by helpers within the Ming Compound in China. The codes were not valid.

Bush Senior continued throughout the day to refuse settlement and the New Metals Backed Global Banking position remained unchanged -"Take It or Get Nothing".
Meanwhile rumors were flying throughout the afternoon and evening that Bush Senior, Junior, the Clintons, etc. had been ordered to Camp David where they were or soon would be arrested, yet all but Senior were at the Kennedy funeral today. This subject remains vague and unsettled.
The packs were to be moved last night to distribution points for deliveries beginning at 9 a.m. this morning. Although overnight rumors suggested deliveries had begun last night WE are unable to verify any at all therefore we respectfully disagree, nor have deliveries begun this morning as scheduled.
WE hear the new banking system will be held up indefinitely until our deliveries and access are certain to be sure the criminals don't receive any funds before us.
Two and one half percent of 827 T is a lot of money but it likely must be split among all banks involved in derivatives, all having "cash stashes" around the world, the previously bribed, perhaps even the drug runners. Can you imagine the coming cat fight among those trying to split this 21 or so T if in fact they get it? WE hear they might still be forced to show source of funds if they make a claim for the 2 1/2 % which might send them to jail which might cause a decision not to make a claim. We do not have detailed information or "insider knowledge" of this subject so please don't consider every word of this overview as accurate. WE hear the documentation controlling this one for one changeover leaves THE COUNTRIES liable for any shortfall in funds.
In addition to the "secrecy factor" many of the "players" in this Rocky Horror Picture Show have apparently spent their entire lives in training to be professional LIARS and this includes World Court Justices, the high echelon Military and the several Presidents themselves. Therefore please, please, accept this update as a "best efforts" attempt to explain current status.
The packs were supposed to leave D.C. last night for delivery this morning.
Now, early evening Saturday, we have learned they were still in D.C. a few hours ago and WE are advised the World Court Justice FROM CHINA, assisted by MERKLE have been secretly countermanding the orders of the Court.
It's about the 2 1/2%.
The appropriate people are now aware of this circumstance.
WE expect this and any other problems which might arise to be dealt with promptly and to result in deliveries PDQ.

The latest International Battle of Metals vs. Fiat as described in our last four updates continued yesterday with a "deal" getting done wherein the bad guys led by Senior would get 2 1/2 cents (or percent) on the dollar in metals backed funds for their approximate 827 T in hidden cash and derivatives.
After much harsh confrontation all bad guys except Bush Senior agreed to these terms as the alternative was absolutely nothing, which was and would have been the outcome from a purely legal point of view.
Making a deal with the Fiat Criminals was to put an end to the B.S. and that's apparently why the good guys agreed to it.
Shortly after this deal was made mid -level military removed the packs from the Chinese Embassy. Then, top level military took the packs from those who went in and got them and the packages were disbursed to the Pentagon, Treasury and the Supreme Court. Shortly afterward the Freedom packs were moved from the Pentagon to Treasury. Their plan, WE hear, in spite of the just concluded agreement, was to access some of the cards in the packs using codes provided by helpers within the Ming Compound in China. The codes were not valid.

Basically, I send this out to the lenders just to let them know, I still wait, along with them. There have been specific things accomplished, done and over with. Because of these things, we know the new banking system is already online, waiting for the public announcements that come at the completion of deliveries to the rest of tier 5.
Sometimes you can tell more by who stuck a sock in it, than the daily back and forth that goes on out here. I know some folks who used to swagger with power out here, are having a hard time breathing right now, as their power has been stripped of them and their greatest fears are being realized. Whole piles of attorneys can't even help them now, as the brave new world dawns upon them, and shines it's light upon their dark deeds. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
My advice is to stay close, they are within their scheduling of events so, no telling when each of us are getting the knock at the door. All other events have been confirmed from many directions, so we wait with great anticipation, as the whole sole of the final shoe drops across this world.
