BLACK-EYED CHILDERN IN DULCE, NM

The bulk of this is about the legendary "black-eyed brats" who are creepy and will kill you, but you gotta invite them in your car or something. Anyway, they must be associated with the nearby underground base.

The Dulce, New Mexico Base

An underground Military Base/Laboratory in Dulce, New Mexico connects with the underground network of tunnels which honeycombs our planet, and the lower levels of this base are allegedly under the control of Inner Earth beings or Aliens. This base is connected to Los Alamos research facilities via an underground "tube-shuttle." (It can be assumed that such a shuttle way would be a straight-line construction. It should then be possible, by using maps and some deduction, to determine the most likely location of this base, especially since the general location is already known.) Beginning in 1947, a road was built near the Dulce Base, under the cover of a lumber company. No lumber was ever hauled, and the road was later destroyed. Navajo Dam is the Dulce Base's main source of power, though a second source is in El Vado (which is also another entrance). Most of the lakes near Dulce were made via government grants "for" the Indians.

Dulce Base - The Central Hub

-1st Level - contains the garage for Street Maintenance.

-2nd Level- contains the garage for trains, shuttles, tunnel-boring machines and UFO maintenance.

-3rd Level - the first 3 levels contain government offices.

-4th Level - Human Aura Research as well as aspects of Dream Manipulation, Hypnosis, and Telepathy. They can lower your heartbeat with Delta Waves and introduce data and programmed reactions into your mind (for those implanted with brain chips). Most people already are, they just don't know it.

-5th Level - witnesses have described huge vats with amber liquid with parts of human bodies being stirred inside. Rows and rows of cages holding men, women and children to be used as food. Perhaps thousands.

-6th Level - privately called "Nightmare Hall." It contains the genetic labs. Here are where the crossbreeding experiments of human/animal are done on fish, seals, birds, and mice that are vastly altered from their original forms. There are multi-armed and multi-legged humans and several cages and vats of humanoid bat-like creatures up to 7 feet tall.

-7th Level - Row after row of 1,000s of humans in cold storage including children.

Inside the Dulce Base

Security officers wear jump-suites, with the Dulce Symbol on the front upper left side. The standard hand weapon at Dulce, is a "Flash Gun", which is good against human and Aliens. They use a Retina-Reader for Identification in substitution of the old ID Cards, but the ID Card readers are still used in card slots, for the doors and elevators, which had the Dulce Symbol above the ID Photo.

After the second level, everyone is weighed in the nude, then given a uniform, visitors are given one off-white uniform. In front of all sensitive areas are the Retina-Readers and scales built under the doorway, by the door control. The clearance is checked, identity is checked and also the weight. Any possible change over two pounds and a security yellow is alerted.

No one, without a specific clearance or authorization, is allowed to carry anything into or out of sensitive areas. All supplies are put through a security conveyor system. The Alien symbol language, Grey and Nordic appear a lot at the facility.

During the construction of the facility, which was done in stages, over many years, the Aliens assisted in the design and construction materials. Many of the things assembled by the workers were of a technology they could not understand, yet, now a days it is a different story, it would function when fully put together.

Example:
The elevators have no cable, they are controlled magnetically. The magnet system is inside the walls. There are no conventional electrical controls. All is controlled by advanced magnetics. That includes a magnetically induced, (phosphorescent), illumination system. There are no regular light bulbs, and all exits are magnetically controlled.

Note:
If you were to place a large electromagnet on an entrance, it will affect an immediate interruption. They will have to come and reset the system, and "blow away your head, if they catch you!"

The Town of Dulce

The area around Dulce has had a high number of reported animal mutilations. The Government and the Aliens used the animals for environmental tests, psychological warfare on people, etc. The Aliens also wanted large amounts of organic material for Genetic Research, Nutritional and other reasons.

In the book, "ETs and UFOs, They need us, we don't need them", was an original idea for one title, but not my personal choice, by Virgil "Posty" Armstrong, he reports how his friends Bob and Sharon stopped for the night in Dulce and went out to dinner, they overheard some local residents openly and voicefully discussing Extra-Terrestrial abductions of the townspeople for purposes of experimentation.

The ETs were taking unwilling human guinea pigs from the general populace of Dulce and implanting devices in their heads and bodies. The townspeople were frightened and angry but didn't feel they had any recourse since the ETs had our Government's knowledge and approval, (CODE: SR-24/AK.5).

Recently, participants in a field investigation, (CODE: SR-24/R25/AK.2), of the area near Archuletta Mesa, were confronted by two small hovering spheres. They all became suddenly ill and had to leave the area Several Dulce residents are not naturally from this area, single people and even couples with children, have just come to the town of Dulce since 1948.

Generations of frozen agents occupied in suspect positions like at work in a gas station, drugstore, bar, restaurant, etc. They're there to listen and report anything which violates their limit of security.

Always in the town of Dulce, you never know who is who.

15 years ago the person who plays Deep Knight on TV ended up with his wife at a nice hotel/resort in Dulce (which I see has a Casino now) because it was too windy to camp. Dulce is a Jicarilla Apache town, and quite frankly needs all the tourism it can get. I chatted with the guy at the desk about the crazies who show up looking for clues to the alien base, and he told me that like Roswell they encourage such talk because it brings people in who spend money.

I suggest you all visit Dulce, and bring along your children, who the aliens find especially tasty.

Please, anyone in the know about Dulce knows that this is the Illuminati equivalent of exile in Siberia. Anyone who has ever gotten into hot water with the suits upstairs have to resign themselves to the fact that they are going to get transferred there and watch their career go downhill. The reason for that 7th floor existing at all is the number of Illuminati agents who signed up for suspended animation because they could no longer stand the extreme boredom of spying on the tourists as a gas station attendant.

So I will give you a "nice try" for your explanation that you were in Dulce for "vacation", but I think we would be far more interested in what you did to get the Executive Board mad at you. Thank goodness that someone decided to forgive you and get you out of there.

More Dulce!

My theory is that MacHaffie is being paid to post these by the Dulce Chamber of Commerce. Not that they have a lot of money, but it only takes a couple bucks to bribe John-boy.

As a supporter of vacationing in the Good Ol' USA, I heartily recommend getting abducted by aliens from domestic underground bases rather than traveling overseas to do it. Visit Dulce and see if you get lucky!

What Really Happened in the 1979 Dulce Firefight?

Phil Schneider, supposedly one of three people who survived the 1979 Dulce firefight between the large Greys, US intelligence and military at the Dulce underground base, was found dead on January 1996, due to what was said to be an execution style murder. He was found dead in his apartment with a piano wire wrapped around his neck. According to some sources, it appeared that he repeatedly suffered torture before he was finally killed.

What was the Dulce firefight...really? From information I have gathered, in 1979, a Grey was giving a lecture to an unknown determined number of scientists. During the lecture, a security officer came into the area with a sidearm on his belt. It was strictly forbidden to carry any weapons of any kind anywhere in the vicinity of the Greys. The security officer was instantly killed by the Grey. Other security personnel, witnessing what was happening in that room on the security cameras, came to retaliate. The Grey, according to the information, allegedly killed everybody. The manner in which the Grey killed these people has not been disclosed but was noted that the cause of deaths were 'head wounds'. The approximate number killed was just over 60 scientists and security.

Because of the nature of the sources, I believe the story to be essentially true though most of the information is third hand. It was, for the most part, an unfortunate accident and was classified as such.

Underground Bases, Missing Children and Extra-Terrestrials What You Need to Know for Your Future

After the completion of my last article ‘MI6 are the lords of the global drug trade’ I must now present the full picture as to what the intelligence community drug trafficking money is being used for. ... This ‘black ops’ drug money or in classic Orwellian terms, MI6/CIA ’non-appropriated funds’ is being used to fund government and military projects classified ‘Above top secret’. These operations include a huge worldwide UFO cover up and the building and maintaining of deep underground military bases (D.U.M.B.S).

There are many of these bases worldwide but here is small list.

1- Dulce in New Mexico 2-Brecon Beacons in Wales 3-Los Alamos in Mexico 4- Pine Gap in Australia 5- The Snowy mountains in Australia 5- The Nyala range in Africa 6- West of Kindu in Africa 6- Next to the Libyan border in Egypt 7- Mount Blanc in Switzerland 8- Narvik in Scandinavia 9- Gottland island in Sweden and many other places. These projects are being run by a secret, unelected international governing body connected to the U.N.

There are at least 1400 of these D.U.M.B.S worldwide. 131 in the US. With 2 underground bases being built per year in the US at the moment. The average depth of the bases are four and a quarter miles underground (some shallower and some deeper). The bases are on average the size a medium sized city. Each DUMB base costs between 17 and 26 billion dollars to build which is funded by MI6/CIA drug money. Each underground base employs 10000 to 18000 workers. A nuclear powered drill it used to dig underground. This drill goes through rock at a tremendous rate and literally melts the rock away to form a smooth glass like surface around the edges of the tunnels.

So what is going on with these human mutilations and missing people?. The truth of the matter is that the greys and reptilians feed off the glandular secretions and hormones through a type of osmosis. This is why major organs are taken from people. Your mind may want to go into denial that this is happening but if you start digging you will find this is 100% true. On the Crowed skies website there is video smuggled out of the Dulce underground facility that shows greys inside vats absorbing these blood mixtures through their skin.

Researchers Bill Hamilton and Tal Levesque (AKA Jason Bishop) received reports from workers at the Dulce DUMB who worked there in the mid 1970’s when it was being jointly run by the CIA, greys and reptilians. This was before the ET’s completely took the base over and kicked the humans out.

The workers said the Dulce facility goes down at least seven levels. Level six is privately called ’nightmare hall’ amongst workers. They tell of bizarre experimentation and multi-legged humans that look half human and half octopus, reptilian humanoids, furry creatures with hands like humans that cry like a baby, and mimic human words. Also a huge mixture of lizard humans in cages, several cages of winged humans, three and a half to seven feet tall bat like creatures and gargoyle like beings. In level seven are thousands of rows of human and human genetic mixtures in cold storage, humanoid embryo storage vats with embryos in various stages of development. Other workers said they witnessed scenes even more terrifying than this and refused to talk about them. One worker told Bill Hamilton “ I frequently encountered humans in cages, usually dazed or drugged, but sometimes they cried and begged for help. We were told they were insane and involved in high-risk drug tests to cure insanity. We were told never to speak to them at all. At the beginning we believed the story. Finally in 1978 a small group of workers discovered the truth”.

Thomas Castello was one of the security workers at the Dulce facility. Thomas worked seven years for the Rand Corporation in California. He was transferred to Dulce in 1977. He estimated there were more than 18000 short greys at Dulce and also saw tall reptilians.

Thomas knew of seven levels but said there could have been more. He said the aliens were on levels five, six and seven. The lower you go the higher the security clearance is needed. The only sign in English is above the tube shuttle system and says ’To Los Alamos’. The tube shuttle travels at mach 2.7. Most signs at the Dulce facility are in the alien symbol language and a universal system understood by humans and ET’s. Thomas said the other shuttle connections from Dulce went to Page Arizona, Area 51 Nevada, Taos Carlsbad, Datil New Mexico, Colorado Springs and Creede Colorado. Thomas also said there is a vast number of tube shuttle connections under the United States which extend into a global system of tunnels to other underground bases in other countries.

Thomas Castello said that below the second level of the Dulce facility everyone is weighed naked and given a uniform. Any change in weight is noted and if there is a change in weight of three pounds or more the people are x-rayed. At the entrance to all sensitive areas are scales and the persons weight must match with their ID card and code to gain entry.

You may ask yourself how is this being covered up. As was mentioned at the beginning of the article, the same group working with the greys and reptilians which is MI6, CIA and the MIEC, own and control the mainstream media.
