Does anyone here with more resources than me have any information on Al Clifton Hodges. he's an attorney, California. Currently representing 7 holders of stock in de-listed pink sheet stock CMKM (how friggen bad is it when you cannot even list on the pinks?) who are suing current and former SEC Commissioners for,

It gets even better, most of the allegations made in the suit trace back to NESARA, Leo Wanta and Michael Cotrell BA, MS (and DA, dumb ass)
Seems like a normal guy to me, but I figure anyone willing to take this case, complete with letters to Obama, The Queen of England and stories of how the World Court is holding up settlements, granting immunity to GW Bush etc... has to have a head injury somewhere. I can get the nutbags buying into stories about how the World Court is secretly holding Tim Gietner prisoner, and how they granted Hillary Clinton immunity and then she screwed them anyhow, but I was formerly under the impression that most graduates of USC Law School would know better.....

It also looks like his website has not been updated since 2005. Thats when the last news was put there, and there is no mention of this suit. Something I would expect to see.
