JULIAN: I recommend we try Per verulium ad camphorum actus injuria linctus est.
SANDY: That's your actual Latin.
HORNE: What does it mean?
JULIAN: I dunno - I got it off a bottle of horse rub, but it sounds good, doesn't it?

Re: The comedy court of Common Law
Looks like the comedy court has organised a day trip to Southwark tomorrow.
Robert White
This is not my court case. Posting this again only 2 days away, please support if you can, thanks.
10am on the 2nd August 2019 at Southwark Crown Court
"Not only must Justice be done; it must also be seen to be done."
Where in the world can you be jailed for coming up with an apparent cancer cure?
Despite the Magna Carta, The Declaration of Arbroath and the Bill of Rights, we have no justice in this country.
The existing statute judicial system is a registered corporation, trading for profit and is not there for justice.
How many people do you know that have cancer?
How many people do you know that have died from cancer?
Is it acceptable to withhold an apparent cancer cure from the people?
David Noakes and Lynda Thyer have been persecuted for daring to develop an apparent cancer cure. The pharmaceutical companies, supported by the state, have jailed David Noakes and have obtained an extradition order to send Lynda to France where she will stand trial.
Now what about our wonderful statute justice system?
On Lynda’s behalf, a lawful challenge was lodged with the High Court in London and then with the Supreme Court, the result was that they would not allow the lawful challenge to be heard.
Lynda’s representation was then refused the right to address the Westminster Magistrates Court and was escorted out of the court, the trial continued with Lynda deprived of the right to defend herself, the result was the issue of a warrant for her arrest.
On Lynda’s behalf an appeal was then lodged with the Supreme Court but despite being an appeal court they refused to hear it.
In a final attempt to address this unlawful behaviour a Lawful Notice was served on the Lord Chief Justice and the Secretary of State for Justice; this Notice was ignored and the prosecution continues.
Do you believe it is acceptable for the UK State to retain any standing on the World stage, in relation to justice, where the state offers no reliable justice in this country?
The Common Law Court gives you the opportunity to restore our system of justice. David Noakes’ next hearing is at 10am on the 2nd August 2019 at Southwark Crown Court, London, where he has already submitted a lawful challenge to the authority and jurisdiction of the Crown and the Courts. As this lawful challenge has been lodged, the statute court are required to deal with this before they can proceed.
We call on all men and women who wish to show their support, to attend at this hearing between 9.30am and 10am. We have the opportunity to confirm that the behaviour of the statutory courts is treasonous, unacceptable and will no longer be tolerated.
THE PEOPLE, CREATED THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM AND THE GOVERNMENT
IT SHOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR CORPORATIONS TO DICTATE TO THE PEOPLE
THE AUTHORITY LIES WITH THE PEOPLE

Err....no it does not. They have successfully failed at every turn, achieving an unrivalled 100% record in coming second in every two horse race they’ve entered. The Common Law Court gives you the opportunity to restore our system of justice.
I can’t understand why activists demonstrate outside the RCJ as the worthies within take precisely zero notice, arriving at their decisions on the facts of the case and the applicable (i.e. real) law, not because some fuckwit has been banging his bongoes for five hours by the entrance doors. Pardon the phrase.
Better beware too all you CLC types as plod are lurking within the hallowed precincts just waiting to “disappear” you off to the nut house before you can say “I do not consent”.

What I don't get about Lynda is that she was a respected research scientist. Her co-authoured papers are cited in many dissertations and thesis. What on earth possessed her to side step academia and professional respect to get caught up in a web of charlatans and pseudo-legal morons?

That's a pretty simplistic version of the history of the UK, to put it kindly. Seeing as how we didn't have universal suffrage till 1928 any institutions existing prior to that date can hardly be said to have been created by 'the people'.THE PEOPLE, CREATED THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM AND THE GOVERNMENT

Re: The comedy court of Common Law
Possibly nowhere, but selling a cancer cure that does not work to suckers with fraudulent claims is quite usually and rightly a crime in many jurisdictions including the UK and France.Where in the world can you be jailed for coming up with an apparent cancer cure?

I believe the figure of about 11 million quid in takings has been bandied about. Since expenses must have been minimal, there must be a good wodge stashed away somewhere for later. What on earth possessed her to side step academia and professional respect to get caught up in a web of charlatans and pseudo-legal morons?

Noakes withdrew or removed the claims it cured cancer if you check the story and court proceedings. He also plead guilty.Where in the world can you be jailed for coming up with an apparent cancer cure?

Re: The comedy court of Common Law
My family don't do cancer, we do strokes at advanced ages, so I can only talk about one cousin and half a dozen friends who have had cancer and I'm pleased to say every single one of them was cured by mainstream medicine with the mainstream cures that apparently either don't exist or are being hidden by big pharma because reasons. Not an 'alternative' cure amongst them.
I know a lot of people unfortunately do die of cancer in spite of the best efforts of our wonderful, cancer-quakery-free NHS, but your chances of survival vary from about 0% to about 100% depending on the type and stage of the cancer. Ultimately everybody has to die of something and cancer will probably always be in the top five of things that will see you off if something else doesn't.
The claim of there being a hidden cure for cancer falls at the first hurdle... There are plenty of proven cures for cancer.

Re: The comedy court of Common Law
This could be funny. It looks like they have been agitating for a protest at Southwark today. I've had a look through today's listings and there is none for THYER.
If it is being held there, it is most likely to be U20190503, which has no name against it and is being heard in chambers. So no public admittance
Ironically there is a case being heard there today about contaminated intravenous supplies. Would just be terrible if they turned up at the wrong court!
Edit:
Looks like I wasn't the first to discover this. Listings frauds apparently!

Ha ha! It appears that some did turn up and, surprise surprise, it was not a public sitting.

The intellectual quality of the support for the cancer scammers summed up in this comment below HHJS's video.
This is really strange, as very early this morning I clearly had a strong premonition that the case was CANCELLED!!

Why is Noakes not banged up.
I could not take more than a minute or two of the nonsense.

Re: The comedy court of Common Law
I think Noakes has already served time and been released. He got 12-15 months last November so that would put him out on licence now if I have got it right. Another thread suggests this is related to a "proceeds of crime" action.Siegfried Shrink wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 5:24 pm Why is Noakes not banged up.

Roland's version of the CLC Southwark CC video. Don't think it adds anything, but posted for completeness.
