Because it would be even more stupid NOT to employ one. There's an old saying which goes "a person who acts as their own lawyer has a fool for a client and a scoundrel for an attorney."
Or perhaps to fin out just how stupid one would be to get involved in this farce/fraud/con/scam. Just at a guess.

I'm wondering, is IMDB the same as Wikipedia, in that anyone can edit it?

Not quite. Standard IMDB allows you to add FAQ entries and submit information to the pages. It is moderated although the FAQs are usually run wiki like unless there is abuse.

There is also IMDBPro for industry professionals. This gives you enhanced features as well as the ability to control your own page especially if it is your own project. I've been a member for 20 years and was a pro member for about 4 years (long story!) Even being an ex-pro member gives you a slightly elevated status as a contributor.

Appears to only have been "broadcast" on Youtube. His own pages don't make any reference to it actually being aired.

M O’B Interviews Alan Wilson – Part One
Here is the first part of a series of interviews with Britain’s greatest living historian, Alan Wilson.
The interviews were filmed by Anarcho-Film Productions in late 2018, at the octogenarian’s home in the west end of Newcastle. During this section of the interview, Alan reveals a mind-blowing secret about British history, which he has never previously revealed, regarding the final resting place of ‘JC’.

Nah, it's Jesus Christ. Britain’s greatest living fantasist, Alan Wilson, specialises in fairy tale history. Most of his stuff seems to be bogus interpretations which invoke and exaggerate UK legend. King Arthur was real, and he discovered America. Jesus Christ retired to Cardiff and sired a large family known as the Ten Tribes of Israel. The Holy Grail is buried under Stonehenge, which was built with amazing English technology now lost to us. A Scotsman brought the Ark of the Covenant home as a holiday souvenir, but the authorities are now suppressing it's location.

The cranks love his work, because it suggests a sort of Manifest Destiny for Brits. We are even more important and special than we realised. But the EU / government / satanists / Jews have concealed this from us, lest we learn our true power and rise again. It's catnip for FMOTL loons, eg https://roguemale.org/2014/04/12/wilson ... istorians/

HUMBLE PIE

Post by Zeek »

Hope you lot are getting ready for your large helping of humble pie :haha: :haha: :haha:

MAJOR TGBMS NEWS: Whilst good people are still being unlawfully evicted every day, the news I have just been told might well be an indication of a major shift in the way the legal professions are now having to deal with the TGBMS Grounds.

A courageous woman called Diana Boyiakis has been fighting her mortgage bandit for eight years. Her case was that the bank had illegally capitalised her mortgage and she had all the evidence to prove it.

Somewhat predictably, her arguments were thrown out in court and a possesses order was issued, which the bankster was seeking an order to enforce this week.

Crucially, the possession order was given against her before she applied the TGBMS Grounds to her case, after seeing the film and being inspired into formidable action, arguing that the bank had committed fraud upon the court on those grounds.

Diana re-framed all her arguments accordingly and served the new TGBMS-charged papers on the bank's solicitors, prior to a hearing of the bank's application to enforce the possession order.

However, the solicitors, following a meeting of their firm's partners, elected to withdraw the application and have stated that they will be no longer be representing their clients in the action.

In other words, my friends, a firm of lawyers who have previously sneered, as they aggressively dismissed the TGBMS Grounds as totally without merit, has terminated a lucrative job because they see the writing on the wall for the entire fraudulent mortgage industry.

That writing proceeds as follows:

"Give up your criminal practices now, cease and desist in assisting banksters in illegal mortgage possession proceedings, signature forging and fraudulent registrations at the Land Registry, before it's too late."

They certainly can't claim they haven't been warned of what the consequences will be, in the event they oppose the swift and decisive termination of institutionalised mortgage fraud we are seeking in the class actions.

Massive credit is due to Diana for forcing the lawyers into submission. She held her nerve in the most difficult of circumstances and has more than proven herself to be a force to be reckoned with.

The man who skillfully mentored her through the process of applying the grounds, Ian Thornily, is also worthy of high praise, along with Jamie Upton, for the support he provided Diana at just the right moment.

Diana is now going after the bankster for multiple acts of fraud upon the court, on the TGBMS Grounds.Their chances of successfully defending her claim are looking reassuringly bleak.

Carsberg don't do bleakness, but if they did...:)

Sorry, Zeek; but I find your post somewhat less than compellingly true. I don't know of any halfway competent (or even barely competent) law firm which would be scared off of a case because of the vague and evidence-free writings of a party to a foreclosure action.

I'm ready, but saving it for news of an actual victory. Not something that's claimed will inevitably result in victory some time in the future.

By the way I remember you asking if anyone knew which properties M of B had lost. We've seen all the details for Ashquorn House which they lost immediate following their 2014 "victory" and in spite of their subsequent unsuccessful challenges. I just recently noticed one of his earlier blogs mentions nine properties having already been seized and sold. So maybe the question could be turned around, can anyone identify a property that M of B has successfully retained?

https://www.thebernician.net/void-illeg ... -registry/

Incidentally that blog gives a convenient history of how they got in this hole, and their failed arguments over the years from promissory notes to refused appeals.

Assuming it's the same person of course, but not a common name at all.

I'll not put the address in this post, but it's a pricey property, no sales showing on Nethouseprices so presumably mortgaged before the land registry went electronic.

Disregarding all O'B's nonsense, there seems to be, as usual, more to this story.

There is not one single verifiable fact in his post. And although it's an unusual name, I've been caught out by that before!

Anyway, in personal news, last night I was just about to drop off, when suddenly, 'tap, tap, tap' at the bloody window pane - I looked out - you know who it was? Bloody Greta Garbo! Bloody Greta Garbo - stark naked save for a shortie nightie. She was hanging on to the window sill, and I could see her knuckles all white ... saying 'Sage, Sage...' you know how these bloody Swedes go on - I said 'Get out of it!' - bloody Greta Garbo. She wouldn't go - she wouldn't go, I had to smash her down with a broomstick, poke her off the window sill, she fell down on the pavement with a great crash...

So Zeek when she looses her case(and she will) will you be big enough to come on here and admit your wrong? My bet is you won't and you'll either disappear never to be seen here again, or keep beating the same drum and insist she won and that any day now the fraud will be exposed.

Can you provide proof as to what you claim with regards to the solicitors dropping their clients, because I fully believe your talking out of your rear.

There could be other reasons for the Solicitors to drop this case, doesn't mean the bank behind it has given up, just means that particular law firm is no longer involved. Perhaps they deal with the initial documentation, or perhaps they were contracted for a period of time, or for a first pass, so to speak. Anyway, a solicitor quitting case isn't anything to write home about, or hang your hat on, it happens. Unless they wrote a letter saying they agree with the FMOTL babble, and have decided not pursue the case anymore, and here is you title,I wouldn't count that as a win. I think more likely they got the letter, realized they were dealing with a cray-cray, and decided that it was too much work for them to deal with. Queue the more expensive but more prepared lawyer next. I see more costs added to her bill, and less equity returned in her future, some may see it as a win (The bank lawyers) but not her.

So this had me a bit confused, it’s titled “Noel Edmonds on The Great British Mortgage Swindle TGMBS”
Now Noel does not reference TGBMS anywhere in the video but it does look like the once great Edmonds is jumping on the blame the banker’s bandwagon.

He does have a genuine beef with them, unlike O'Bonkers. I believe he has now reached a settlement.
