Has anyone copied this before it is changed. This appears to be a conversation between Ebert and Crawford prior to the release of the decision.

She’s not coming . And in answer what to do when you go to court for the handing down of the judgment. I`ll tell you what to do and if you change it you will bury yourself........tell the people not to come it will be a waste of time etc.....
:haha:
He doesn't want anyone to know anything concerning the verdict. No wonder they were reluctant to say too much when they addressed those who made the effort to turn up in support.

Anyone guess whose wrote the bullet points?
You can see old Ebert.....beavering away at this, it sounds just like his own Court
statements . The fact that an elderly Gentleman who claims to be a legal eagle
cannot grasp the facts that the Crawford's failed to keep their side of the agreement
made in 1985. If he charged for this information I hope he was paid via the WeRe Bank. :haha:

And if we want to take him to the cleaners (which I don`t want to;I don`t want to because you have won in a big way now).
WhaaaaaT? :haha: :haha: :haha:
He said Crawford "would bury himself" if he didn't tell the people not to turn up, this in reality was a case of Ebert wanting to hide bury bad news.
Tom I know you're reading here, so here is my verdict. You and Mrs Crawford have been stitched up like these pair

IMO it is not the smartest of moves to accuse a judge of handing down a judgment which is intended to deliberately confuse and mislead the public.

It is complete madness that judges act in such a way.
Good explanation and well done again.

Full video downloaded, it does appear to show someone is leading TC by the nose, and feeding him nonsense like "Request, Review & Revise" applications. Hilarious.

Yeah, seen similar on their eviction fraud page on FB. Very sad that they've been so duped by the retarded Mr Ebert. This video has done them no favour's whatsoever, it just enhances the stupidity of the illusion they seek comfort in.

I guess someone could do a full analysis of the "video" but this was just a random snippet.

If you read what the judge wrote, the ONLY way that the case can get on the computer is if the fee was paid. The very fact that the case is on PCOL is proof that the fee was paid. How much more clear can the judge say it to these idiots?

Just thought I'd post this because she really has become one of the most annoying people to have graced Facebook.

Anyway, shouldn't this have been Part 1 of "The JUDGEMENT EXPLAINED!!!!!!!!!"?
This conversation was had before Crawford had gone to court for the verdict. They seem to have held this back for sometime. I think there is trouble in the Ebert / Crawford/Taylor camp. I think there is some 'passing the buck' going on here when we look at the sequence in which both part 1 and now 2 were released.
Taylor got his say in first (pt 1) that didn't go down very well, so now they ( Crawford,Taylor & Mark Haining Ceylon) have decided it was Eberts turn to have the piss ripped out of his end take some flack.

This part's a doozy. The Judge literally writes IF ARREARS HAVE BEEN CAPITALISED. The guy talking to Tom tells Tom that the judge is saying that ARREARS HAVE BEEN CAPITALISED. You can't just ommit the IF.

Absolutely amazing. "You paid everything"? The judge explicitly stated that Tom missed payments, there ARE arrears.

Image

Is this part true at all? Now they're claiming Tom did pay the arrears? Why is that never mentioned anywhere in the judgment or by Tom?

Absolutely! No need for this phoney review and revise if the judge declared Tom the winner.
