So they want to be claimed by Norway. I can't see that as an improvement from where they are. I think Norway forfeited on the pledge anyway.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Doesn't FoTL /Sov Cit "logic" mean that if Norway has forfeited its pledge then basically Shetland is up for grabs?
