He is indeed hilarious, and he fits into Goofy so well, I predict much entertainment from this chap if he keeps it up. His setting up a trust to avoid the bailiffs, fighting a parking ticket, his TV license, and of course his crusade to keep a car because of a typing error with of course a full refund, make him one to watch.
