I really like the one sane comment made in relation to the proposal, "his bill would likely be ruled unconstitutional because it "violates a perfectly legal and Constitutional federal law" since it does, and that is exactly what will happen if they ever get around to actually trying to pass it. What a lovely example of your tax dollars at work. I don't expect the registration thing to stand either as soon as someone gets around to taking them to court over it.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Just when you least expect it, there's that old liberty tool, again.But Pitts maintains that his state is better off with something he can hold in his hand and barter with as opposed to federal currency, which he described to the Scoop as "paper with ink on it." He says he resents what he considers the federal government's intrusions on states' rights.
