Based on his posts concerning his interactions with an IRS office in Florida, either (1) they are two separate people or (2) Pete has invented a second persona complete with an excellent cover story and details that are worthy of a good fiction writer.
My vote is for (1).
That way, it will end up with two TPs in jail.
