Cirino Reno Gonzalez was sentenced in the Concord NH Federal Court to
eight years to federal prison with a year of time served on charges of Conspiracy to Impede Federal Agents, as well as aiding and abetting to after the fact. the judge decided to be extream and heavy handed with Reno even telling him he is going to do time for charges he was not even found guilty of! tacking more time than what was recommended by the PreSentencing Interview and reports. the Prosecution had recommended a 41-51 month sentence, the B.O.P investigator only recomended alot less than that! WHAT INJUSTICE!

Donna, the BOP recommended 41 to 51 months and the DOJ asked for 120 months. Rather than being "extream" [sic], the judge sentenced Reno to a prison term midway between those two figures.
