Re: The Second Battle of Crawford's Castle, a Nottingham Farce...
I think our keyboard warrior is enamored with the freeman fantasy that "the movement" will soon rise up and strike a fatal blow against the powers that be. This freeman wet dream often occurs after one of "the movement's" failures.rumpelstilzchen wrote:pigpot are you aware that this is all done and dusted? The people were arrested and held in custody over the weekend and appeared in Nottingham mags' yesterday. Bailed to appear at CC on 10th August.
It is characterized by the belief that the roles of the aware are "growing expediently", as Menard used to claim, and that soon there will be too many freemen for the authorities to handle. In a moment of uncharactoristic honesty our visitor projects his true feelings by inferring that the powers that be are in for a violent end.

Liable action indeed... I think she means slender or deformation.
JULIAN: I recommend we try Per verulium ad camphorum actus injuria linctus est.
SANDY: That's your actual Latin.
HORNE: What does it mean?
JULIAN: I dunno - I got it off a bottle of horse rub, but it sounds good, doesn't it?

So it looks very much like Tom and his gang are taking the vexatious litigant route.

Have to scroll backwards to see the Tom section on UK Column.
Tom mentions the Judge stated that the reason for changing the charges to affray is that the break in was "more serious" than conspiracy. Tom also claims that the neighbors who are anti-protest consist of 1 couple whose son is in the police and an old lady with dementia.
Tom then goes on to claim that the security at the house are all Muslims and they are holding prayer meetings at the bungalow and get drunk at night.
Why doesn't Pike just sue Godsmark for defamation and libel. All the "trolls" are doing is quoting the judge, so sue the judge.

Amanda Pike.

The irony oh the irony.
It certainly does Amanda. And the courts say you lost and the courts said your old man Crawford must be evicted.

She has bigger things planned for the judge no doubt. I assume we are to be taken round the back and shot when Amanda's Grand Jury carry out her bidding and vote for our demise. Well we will not be going to real court, she will have had them all turned into Burger Kings or something by the time she gets round to us.
When I looked up "Ninjas" in Thesaurus.com, it said "Ninja's can't be found" Well played Ninjas, well played.

I will refuse to be shot until they produce a real death warrant with a seal and some wet ink.Skeleton wrote:She has bigger things planned for the judge no doubt. Green ink of course or red depending on the day of the week. We could also go further and refuse to consent, maybe we should save that for the appeal.hobgoblin wrote:I will refuse to be shot until they produce a real death warrant with a seal and some wet ink.Skeleton wrote:She has bigger things planned for the judge no doubt. Did you hear about the freeman firing squad?
They formed a circle.
