You Can't Make this Stuff Up

From the "Cornforth Strategies" yahoo group:
I've been listening to Randal for a while I really like what he is doing
and have done a little research in Ohio laws on the subject. I wish I
lived in Texas because in Texas they have mister meaner charges you can
charge clerks with if they refuse to do their jobs. I haven't found the
same kind of penalties here in Ohio.

Mister Meaner would be a good name for a maintenance man at a private elementery school. "Ahh, Mister Meaner won't let skate around the fountain!"

Yeah, but most of those clerks are Ms. Meaners, not Mr. Meanors.
