Dogwalker's Idiocy, Part 37

Post by Demosthenes »

Keith Champagne prepares 37 pages of nonsense for Danny to sign and filed with the court.

http://www.cheatingfrenzy.com/riley495.pdf

The 37 pages were, of course, shut down with a three word ruling:
Denied as frivolous.
I guess it wasn't enough that Keith's crap got Elaine transferred to a less cushy spot.

I think he left out "mileage may vary" and "batteries not included" and of course the all-important "THIS IS NEITHER AN OFFER TO SELL SECURITIES NOR THE SOLICITATION OF ANY OFFER TO BUY SECURITIES".

Darn, that voids the whole thing.

Among that pile of tripe is this little gem:
....The Petitioner wants to make absolutely clear that he does not want or accept, any benefits or privileges from the United States and waives all such benefits and privileges or considerations.
That one I would have issued an order for.

This is why I could be never be a judge - I would have rubber-stamped "Refused for Cause" and thrown it back at Riley.

Great, when they put him in prison they don't have to feed him.

That was...uh...entertaining?

In point 23 where he claims to be sentient. Is there any proof to that assertion?
Also, I nearly broke my Irony meter whilst reading this, as I had "Freedom" by Colin James on in the background.

Prison? With all Danny's rights to fair trial, rights against cruel and unusual punishment, and sentencing guidelines waived, prison without food seems awfully lenient.

Van Pelt, even in his most delusional moments, hasn't produced better gibberish than that. The thumbprints are an especially nice touch.

Please take into consideration that he is working very hard on his competency evaluation and hearing.

He's merely trying to demonstate to the Court that he has complete comprehension of the charges against him and of the legal process in which he is involved.

Unfortunately, he -- Not an attorney -- is attempting to file legal papers regarding someone else and is doomed to failure.

Those papers should have been submitted by the attorney for DOGWALKER, not by Dogwalker.

Add "verified" to the list of words Danny does not understand.

I never took Latin, but doesn't "in rerum natura" mean butt naked?

And last, but not least, can even Danny Riley ask with a straight face that the case be dismissed for failure to prosecute (item 20)?

What I would like to know is where the bulk of that nonsense came from, since I have seen it any number of places, almost word for word.

Didn’t make any more sense there than it does here, but such a lot of nonsense.

I wonder if dipshit and his buddies realize they handed the Feds signed proof of violation of Federal law with that affidavit or whatever it is, specifically the fraudulent instrument drawn on the Treasury? That ought to be good for another long round of sentencing for him and his buddies, and I quite honestly think they should be prosecuted.

It certainly appeared to include all the current commercial/redemption theories.

I think the line runs through promoters like Sam Kennedy, Sam Davis, Vic Beck, etc. It's got the whole "Accept for Value," "private bond," "birth certificate" schemes.

here is elaines new address. i do not know why she has been transferred to a medical facility. hopefully shell tell us soon.

INMATE NAME & REGISTER NUMBER
FMC CARSWELL
FEDERAL MEDICAL CENTER
P.O. BOX 27137
FORT WORTH, TX 76127
Carswell houses 1,200 inmates, only half of whom are getting medical treatment. This prison also has an "administrative" unit for inmates such as Elaine who required constant monitoring (every email, every letter, every phonecall.) It's also where they transfer high risk female prisoners, so Elaine's life just got a whole lot worse. Filing phony 1099s from prison (thanks to Keith) and allowing Keith to record and broadcast her phonecalls was a really really stupid idea.

FMC Carswell also has a satellite camp, but BOP wouldn't move an inmate across the country to go to a camp. So I think Demo is right, she's been placed in the admin unit.

Not a good thing for Elaine. For example, BOP's criteria for assigning inmates to the Carswell admin unit are:
(2) Redesignation Criteria. The FMC Carswell Administrative Unit is designed to house females exhibiting any of the following:
! A history of escape or attempted escape from a secure institution;
! Demonstrated repeated incidents of assaultive or predatory behavior;
! Demonstrated chronic behavior problems; and/or
! Special management concerns.
So she will not be among nice people (even for inmates), and will be in a place designed to control such not-nice inmates. For example, the non-lawyer visiting regs for the Carswell admin unit:
All visiting in the Administrative Unit must be pre-approved through the Unit Team and will be limited to four-hour increments on official visiting days. For non-contact visiting, the inmate will be searched, placed in restraints, and escorted to the non-contact visiting area. Once inside the visiting area, staff shall remove the restraints through the slot in the visiting room door. The visiting room officer will maintain visual observation of the inmate at all times through the window located in the cell wall.
I'm sure all other procedures are similarly rigorous.

It's almost enough to make you feel sorry for these idiot schmoes. Then you remember that they were preparing to kill people.

I wish I could remember where I first saw that collection of gen-u-ine paytriot gibberish but it escapes me now, but I have see that document almost word for word, including the notice and demand bit in several other filings dating back several years.

Someone really should do an etymology??? write up on this stuff to see how it mutates and migrates. I think this bit of drivel was originally part of some get out of debt scam that didn’t work any better there than this will for Danny the dim.

THanks all for your continued interest. I hope she'll still be able to get email. It doesn't look like we'll be visitng any time soon.

Meanwhile, Reno just keeps chatting away with Ridley. Here's a gem about how he's delighted that he may be facing jury tampering charges. The moron doesn't know that he'd be watching his trial via camera in a prison cell if he tried this crap in a courtroom.

ps remember the treatment they are receiving now is the same treatment the guys are soon to get...transfer, transfer, transfer until people forget or lose track of....

I will write Ed about the POA, but I don't know if he will get the letter; it seems he gets very little if any of my mail.

I think the investigation re the notary may have added to the transfer issue, but we feel also that our filings have come to fruition. I'm certain I will go today, don't know where. I am afraid that with Ed not getting my mail, he will not get my letters from wherever I am going, his letters to me here will be returned to him, and he will have no way of knowing where I am, thus I will not get any of his letters either.

We are in God's hands; He will perform His miracles.
