Anyone familiar with this one?

He seems to be holding two day seminars and then selling books that he'll only sell after you have shelled out $1000 to sit through the seminars.

I can at least think of any number of things that would do me more good, be a lot more fun, and most likely wouldn't guarantee me three hots and a cot.

Was just wondering what line of bilge this one was spewing.
