Who is this Prince Leo Lyon Zagami of Santa Lia, Italy? Or should that be Santa Liar? Well, he started off as Leo Young but the name wasn't juicy enough to be a prince of the illuminati. Recently he's also started calling himself Khaled Saifullah Khan, no doubt descended from great grandpa Kubla Kahn.
But, as they say, a picture's worth a thousand words. In this case, the words are the Masonic bylaws, a pamphlet he put into a leather-looking wallet with his picture with the claim it's proof of who and what he is. You can still see the bylaws beneath his picture.
