request for update of JENAN case

I am interested in information about the fraud case against the brothers Alan Dale Jenan and Roger Lewis Jenan, of the Visalia (Tulare County) area of California. They were both charged with multiple offenses, including fraudulent financial instruments, threatening witnesses, extortion, and other breaches of etiquette. When pulled into court they threatened the prosecutor, proclaimed themselves sovereigns, denied the court's authority, and refused the assistance of counsel. A court decision in 2007 delayed their case further; People v. [Alan Dale] Jenan (3/23/2007) 148 Cal.App.4th 1144, 56 Cal.Rptr.3d 360.

I have no information on them subsequent to that court decision, nor do I know the details of their offenses.

I would appreciate any background or update on them.
