Is Eugene Chusid, one of the folks involved in the Le Club Prive scam, out of prison?

Eugene and his relatives were mentioned in the book "The Great American Tax Dodge" by Donald L. Barlett, James B. Steele:

The reason I ask is because, and this may surprise a few of you out there, is that I knew him back when we were kids. We even went to the same elementary school for a few years until his parents moved. I was curious and found someone with the same name on Facebook.

According to the Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator, he was released 12/21/2005.
