Danilo Suarez, 49, formerly of Key West, a prison inmate, was sentenced today to 60 months’ imprisonment to be followed by 3 years of supervised release for his participation in a scheme to file fraudulent tax returns on behalf of inmates in the Monroe County Jail, in Key West, FL, and others. Defendant Suarez was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $58,022.

The guy must really like jail food and the Florida prison system is all I can guess, and wants to do it on the family plan.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.
