All you have to do is find a more lucrative way to steal. "Victimless" crimes are always best.

These Tampa, FL, thugs found a good one:
Fraudulent tax refunds have been used in Tampa to pay for expensive jewelry and cars, funding an underground economy that for a time diverted drug dealers from street corners and even decreased the number of people seeking help at a food bank, authorities say.
The scheme involved filing false Form 1099s, then filing tax returns to claim refunds.
The crime – known in street parlance as "drops" or TurboTax - has been celebrated in rap videos and has resulted in proposed federal legislation in the U.S. Senate as well as calls by two local members of the House of Representatives for hearings.
Thugs publicly immortalizing their crimes... Good move.
