Indeed. That appears to be the idea behind the magical Latin incantations and other phrases that sovereigns/freemen/whatever use. Unfortunately for sovruns, legalistic gibberish which "seems" like legal language doesn't mean it'll get anywhere in a court.

I just reread this magnum opus and saw the following:

"I proceed and act at all times sui juris by Devine Law."

Gee -- and here I was, thinking that Andy's greatest claim to fame was as an actor. His tagline shouldn't have been "hey, Wild Bill -- wait for me!" but "hey, Blackstone -- wait for me!"
