The price is listed as "unspecified", but if you follow the "Click here for special offer" link it takes you to Amazon. Amazon has 3 new copies for $477.50 and 7 used ones for $377.07.

Oh wait. Is that the price they expect *us* to pay, or is that what they're willing to pay us to take the book?
