I am a big poker player and want to start playing for some money online. It will be my first time playing for cash online and i am just wondering what amount of money i should expect to start with to get my on my feet.

I would suggest you start with $1M. Put half of it in investments and see how long the other half lasts in poker.

Then live off the other $500K as long as you can without poker.

The first thing you need to do is to lose some weight. I don't know how big you could be, but it never hurts to shed those extra pounds. Many big poker players don't realize that they are morbidly obese and are literally betting their lives when they approach the table with all that extra weight.
