I was sent a link to this article earlier. I have never heard of this company and could not find anything on the board so I started one here.

This was the first one.

I started looking around and apparently there are other suits and actions across the globe involving Lyoness.

I have looked around but I can not find anything official on Lyoness International, all I can find are articles alluding to a SEC investigation or and overseas investigation or class actions. I found several blogs talking about money lost through Lyoness or refunds paid out to downline members but, again, can not find an official statement and there is nothing found on a search of the SEC.
