Good news! I was able to reach Joe Arpaio's secretary Bertha
Swine on the phone. Joe was in a meeting so I explained the situation
to Bertha. She said Joe gets hundreds of faxes each day and can't
read them all. That's why he has asked his close associates to
write "Dear Pig" in big letters on top of important
faxes. She says faxes with "Dear Pig" written on top
are brought to Mr. Arpaio's immediate attention. So all you need
to do is send the fax again with "Dear Pig" on top and
Mr. Arpaio will be instantly motivated.
