A man was thrown out of court after he accused magistrates of treason and harassment and barged into their chamber.
James Steel, 57, was appearing in court accused of non-payment of council tax.
Mr Steel, of Poulton, Gloucestershire, has previously revealed he deliberately does not pay council tax because he believes the UK Government and political class are 'duping' the public.
He and two associates tried to get into the courtroom with recording equipment, which is strictly prohibited
When magistrates told him that filming inside court is illegal, Mr Steel said he wanted to serve them "notices of treason and harassment under sections 39 to 40 of the Magna Carta".
The magistrates retired but Mr Steel ran after them and barged into the room behind the bench.
He was chased by the clerk and two police officers, and was escorted out of the courthouse following the incident on Tuesday, July 28.
But Cotswold District Council has obtained a liability order against Mr Steel from the court for his outstanding council tax.
Clauses 39 of the Magna Carta of 1215, which Mr Steel referred to, says: "No free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgment of his equals or by the law of the land."
Clause 40 says: "To no one will we sell, to no one deny or delay right or justice."

The Magna Carta 1215 has certainly made a re-appearance, I thought most loonies had updated there system to the 1269 edition. Maybe they finally accepted %99 of it has been repealed but being loonies have gone back an update, instead of installing the new oneYiamCross wrote:Classic!

Ah... But it has only been repeal by statute which means it hasn't been repealed at all... Or something.Skeleton wrote:The Magna Carta 1215 has certainly made a re-appearance, I thought most loonies had updated there system to the 1269 edition. Magnum Charter is like the US constitution... It is set in stone and can never be changed or amend... Oh... Hang on...

Ah, Sandy Steel.
To be honest I had him down more as a "truther" than a Sov/FoTL although
a) there is a big overlap in the woo they believe in - and Sandy is into mega woo.
b) he claimed to have dismissed his own case in court.
Unlike many though he has stood for election - at European, County Council and Parish Council level. Naturally he came bottom of the poll on every occasion - naturally he puts it down to a corrupt system rather than claims in his manifesto that the NWO are about to massacre most of us in a false flag attack.
Earlier this year before I joined Quatloos, there was a thread on him on my local forum, so rather than repost loads of stuff I'll just link to the thread.

No prizes for guessing who I am on there.
BTW I think my discovery he had run for Europe was a day or two after my last post, but as his fan boy didn't post again I thought best let the thread sink into oblivion.

And here's his half-hour video of his visit to the Court, right up to being grabbed in the corridor behind the court. Everyone seems to have shown a great deal of restraint with him. I woudn't be nearly as patient.

It is a shame that James Steel did not carry out any prior research on court successes before he tried using Freeman on the Land rubbish in court.
Successful court cases are discussed in length towards the bottom of the following link:

The lady gave him a brilliant smack down. If you do not recognise this as being a lawful court then obviously you will not wish to participate so I would suggest you leave. It flummoxed him. He had nothing to come back with so He had no choice but to go to the "Are you on your oath?" default setting. She's right. It's funny how these loons claim they are fake courts but still attend. And don't want to leave.

Re: James Steel, Gloucestershire
What exactly was the hearing for? Was it a custody hearing for withholding council tax? If so, that might explain his behaviour as a deliberate spanner in the works.

Initial summons for non-payment of council tax by the sounds of his rant.

Its unseemly to repeatedly bash your head and down on your desk, especially if your the magistrate and you fear it may be caught on camera.hardcopy wrote: Wow, what a brilliant video, he made those magistrates flee from the court.
