Of course there is no follow up video showing the bailiff coming back a day or two later. And their big idea of stopping the eviction? Three letters? Wet ink? Police officers not wearing hats? Ceylon's gripe was (is) with Nottingham City Council, he had a transport business that was contracted to NCC, it went tits up, he blamed the council, the rest is history.

I was going to mention that, but thought he may have a genuine problem like dyslexia, or maybe he's just thick.

He does seem to just read them on the fly after readin the headline with no idea of the content though.
