I'm very disappointed that Waugh hasn't claimed credit for Matt Hancock being transported to Australia :)

In his latest offering he seems to be blaming the Faster Payments System for all manner of wrongdoing.

For those that don't know FPS was an upgrade to the existing system of sending money between UK banks.
For instance transferring money from your current account to a savings account at another bank. Under the old BACS system it took 3 days to clear, FPS made it instant. If you were making a large purchase like a car you'd have to get a bankers draft or piles of cash.

It naturally follows that failing to do anything to end these crimes, having been repeatedly presented with copious bundles of shocking evidence of mortgage fraud and signature forgery on official documents, is tantamount to conspiring with the UK banks to cover up, prolong and profit from committing crimes which fall under the Serious Crimes Act 2016, with which Bailey has already been accused in a Private Criminal Prosecution that is about to proceed to court.

On the growing list of defendants who will face the same charges are George Osbourne, David Cameron and Rishi Sunak,
Surely at some point Waugh is going to have to do more than just keep adding people to his little list in order to retain any credibility with his fan base?

Probably not. Anybody who thinks he has any credibility left to lose either hasn't been paying attention or doesn't know what the word means.

I do wonder how many genuine followers he has compared to the number of people who follow his antics for lulz.

Which has been in place for over 10 years, apparently without the scourge of the banksters noticing. Maybe because he never pays anyone?

I'm not sure how recent this is, but Herr von Berenicia's fan base seems to include the one who calls herself Anna Maria Hanna Wilhemina Riezinger von Reitzenstein von Lettow-Vorbeck, of Big Lake, Alaska, she who maintains that the United States is not the same as The United States and both are corporations owned simultaneously by the Catholic Church and the (decidedly not catholic) British Crown.
Not-a-Judge Anna wrote: In the days to come, you will be hearing some odd phrases. One of them is "Sovereign" Debt Collapse.

This is a misnomer as most phrases involving the word "sovereign" are.

The guilty parties want you to think that such a thing as "sovereign" debt exists, and the rest of the people who use this phrase think they know what they are talking about ----like those who use the phrase "sovereign citizen"---- but don't really.

In just one transaction, Prince Philip received $950 Trillion Dollars from the GOVERNOR of OTTAWA as payment for Life Force Value Annuities.

The entirety of world debt --- all debt, governmental, private, and personal -- amounts to $303 Trillion Dollars at the present moment.

So what is this nonsense about "sovereign debt collapse"? Obviously, Prince Philip left behind an estate more than competent to pay off world debt and have twice as much left over, based on just one transaction.

While Washington DC is a unique entity separate from any of the American states, and the Vatican is not part of Italy, Ottawa is just a city in the province of Ontario. While it's Canada's capital city this gives it no special governmental status. Additionally the word 'Governor' is not used in Canada for political leaders. The head of the Ottawa municipal government is the mayor and Ontario's political leader is provincial Premier.

Be nice if Ottawa really had so much money floating around that it could afford to cut a cheque to the Royal Consort for $950 trillion Dollars. Maybe I could cash out my Life Force Value Annuities (whatever the hell they are) too. Of course I wouldn't expect as much as prince Philip. A trillion or two would be fine.

The one trick pony is recycling content again. Just swap 'Bird flu' for 'Covid-19' or vice-versa.

NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL

Dear Sir / Madam,

Re: “Bird Flu” Regulations

Due to Britain being declared a ‘bird flu prevention zone’ and because it has been deemed illegal to keep poultry outside in the UK, I hereby conditionally accept to keep all my poultry inside and under cover, upon receipt of the following reasonably requested items:

1) Material evidence, not mere hearsay or professional opinion, in the form of an electron micrograph, showing the purified, isolated and fully characterized alleged virus, H5N1.

2) Material evidence, not mere hearsay or professional opinion, in the form of the name of the primary specialist peer reviewed paper, in which the alleged virus H5N1 is illustrated and its full genetic information described.

3) Material evidence, not mere hearsay or professional opinion, in the form of the name of the primary publication which provides proof that the alleged virus H5N1 is the cause of avian flu.

Blah, blah, blah...

A quick Google shows that at least some of it was copied from here... https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... e_discl_31 which was no doubt copied from somebody else. Maybe even The Great Man™ himself. Who knows... Or cares come to that.

Still no mention of the appeal against his PCPs being binned even though that must have been promised a good hundred any days now ago.

Not to mention the bacterial infection.

I suspect that laws requiring that poultry be kept indoors anticipated barns, not homes.

In many places in the US, it is actually prohibited to keep certain animals (presumably including poultry) in a building that is home to humans, precisely because of the health dangers.

Waugh's returned to the TGBMS stuff, claiming that he has 'Proof That It’s Illegal To Add Date To Signed Mortgage Deed'.

https://www.thebernician.net/proof-that ... gage-deed/

He cites a report on a case where: 'A senior solicitor who asked a trainee to amend a property form to avoid making a court order has been struck off.'

The relevant facts -
It was heard that Thompson’s firm had acted for a property purchaser and had 21 days from completion in 2019 to register the mortgage with Companies House. The application was rejected because the filing fee had not been attached. The trainee re-submitted the paperwork with the fee four days later, but this time it was rejected as out of time.

The trainee spoke to Thompson, who effectively ran the firm’s conveyancing department, and he told her there was no need to apply to the court for an extension and she should change the date of the mortgage to a later date to bring the application back within the 21-day limit.

The unnamed trainee, who gave evidence to the tribunal, said she had the impression this conduct was ‘dodgy’ but was told it was ‘fine’ by Thompson and she trusted him to give sound advice.
So this was a clear attempt to act dishonestly to cove up an error. Not, of course, at all the same as the practice of having mortgage deeds signed in advance of completion. I assume Waugh thinks his readership are too thick to spot this obvious point.

As ever, a historic victory over the banksters is just over the horizon.
As always, you can rest assured that in 2023 we will be taking unprecedented steps to lawfully terminate this empire of ill-gotten gains and to seize a just outcome for the millions of people who have already been evicted because of fraudulently registered mortgages, void court orders, failed regulators and perjured witness statements by legal professionals.
Oh, and since you ask, there'll soon be movement on the PCP.
Last but not least, look out for my next blog, which will be a long-awaited COVID-1984 PCP Update that will hopefully warm the cockles of your heart just in time for Christmas, as the net finally begins to close in on the Four Horsemen and their accomplices.
We can't wait Michael! We're giddy with anticipation.

His "Update" seems to just consist of re-posting his blog pages from Spring 2021 onto his Facebook page. For example ..
The Bernician Chronicles The Crimes of COVID-1984 | 19/03/2021.
"The court will receive a 1,200 page bundle, which includes expert witness statements from 2 professors, 3 doctors, a mathematician, a retired data analyst and a former CID fraud detective,"
The Bernician Chronicles The Crimes of COVID-1984 | 19/04/2021.
"PUB’s PCP papers are now with the designated court’s listings department, who expect a case number will soon be issued, following checks by the legal team at Bromley Magistrates."
Are his followers so blind they've forgotten that this case was thrown out over a year ago?

Some top notch if inadvertent barnstorming comedy from The Great Man™ still desperately trying to wring the last few drops of life out of his private prosecutions.

I never knew "demonstrable" meant "utter bollocks" but I've amended the entry in my concise OED in green crayon.

Enjoy.

His latest tactic is to apply to bring a private prosecution against Judge Ikram for not granting his application to bring a private prosecution. I don't think you need to be a barrister (a real one, I mean) to guess that that isn't going to get very far.
To be fair, he wouldn't be the first person to try this, trying to prosecute judges has been a practice of vexatious litigants since the days of Alexander Chaffers.

I do wonder if his goal by banging on rejection after rejection is to now get on the vexatious litigant list. He can then say to his dupes "See I told you they were all corrupt" without losing face.

The fact that all this would prove is that his "prosecutions" were complete bollocks in the first place would never occur to them. They want to believe.

Never would have seen this coming.

Strong indications that Waugh's much vaunted PCPs are heading for play court.
In the event this video is censored, those responsible [including OFCOM] will be held liable for the Common Law offence of suppressing evidence that is subject to an ongoing criminal investigation by UCT’s international government-free organization, the People’s Foundation for Justice [PFJ], which will soon convene a Supreme Grand Jury to hear allegations of the most serious kind against the members of the emphatically illegitimate UK Parliament [blog post on the subject to follow soon].
