Just two approaches to the new owners and/or their new property of 3 Peel Drive is all it takes for a harassment charge. Bail conditions to stay away from both should keep her at bay.
And if it doesn't....jail time beckons
True, but that isn't going to stop her doing an online harassment/smearing campaign against the new owners. You can imagine the sort of fixated drivel she'll start spreading. And sadly, TPTB have been more than a little lax at shutting down her nonsense.
On a related note, one of her minions recently had the bright idea of 'spreading rumours about dry rot' prior to the auction, which Neelu seemed to love. The sheer idiocy of that ploy, as well as the inherent flaw, is staggering.
Any idea which case this is for? She seemed to indicate there was a Driving Without Insurance case which we'd not been aware of in a recent post, but I guess it could be her benefit fraud case.
For Application to Break Fixture
T20180394 BERRY Neelu
Defendant to attend
Justices: Ms N MASTER JP (N)
Ms R VAUDREY JP (E)

An application to break fixture is an application which is made by a legal representative such as a solicitor to change the agreed trial date on behalf of a defendant. This may be due to the illness of the client or because either the defence or prosecution has not had enough time to prepare the case.
Update: Checked the case number. It's her benefit fraud case.

I think it's reasonable to assume the following, if it's Neelu who's instigated the application:
- it will be made by Equity Lawyer Extraordinare Ellis, rather than an actual legal representative;
- the grounds will feature any number of the following: the court has no jurisdiction, Neelu has dismissed the case against her, the DWP are all child murderers, Sgt Bertie is masquerading as the court security guard, a dog ate her homework.

She has now posted a video on FB that shows her attempting to disrupt the auction and as a consequence being removed from the room. The security personnel take swift and positive action and Neelu’s video will do nothing to support her claims of excessive force. She appears to be in the company of Lee Cant; described in an earlier video as an accountant; and is on the phone to someone referred to as Patrick. Any clues to their identity?
If the property for sale in the video was Peel Drive the it seems that it sold in excess of guide price. Less of course, expenses, auction fees, VAT on auction fees etc.
Back to the remaining equity in 3 Peel Drive. The security company Clearway has been there 10 weeks on Friday. Should be there for another 4-6 weeks depending on how long the paperwork takes. I'd guess 16 weeks in total at £2k a week, that's £32k. Plus the initial boarding up and extra security at the beginning - say another £10k. That's around £40-45k just for security. Then there's the conveyancing fees, Barnard Marcus's fees, Co-op Bank/Britannia's admin/litigation fees, removal of Neelu's furniture fees.
There could be virtually nothing going back to Neelu.
The wise man does at once what the fool does finally (Niccolo Machiavelli)...and what the FMOTL never does (He Who Knows)
To have given out a redemption value as of the 13th September, we have a legal line in the sand. The initial boarding and subsequent security must be included in those fees. The "normal" conveyancing fees appear to be offloaded to the buyer. For example, I've previously mentioned that the legal pack says that all searches, EPC certificate costs etc. are to be paid for by the buyer.
I was paying £250 a month to keep my 3 bedroom house worth of belongings in storage for 6 months.
Whilst I can understand people wanting to line up to metaphorically to punch her on the nose for being so bloody dumb, I still think she'll trouser a cool £250,000 in the worst case scenario.

Neelu has been giving an interview to a “news” website.
I won’t reproduce the content as it is, IMHO, libellous in extremis. She breaches a number of court restraint orders and makes wild accusations against those who have repossessed her property.
Her interviewer swallows every word without critique or even the most basic levels of impartiality or fact-checking.
But the sale goes on. I hope Peel Close or wherever it is sells at signicant undervalue brought about by NB’s foolish and self-destructive antics.
Congratulations you have just been introduced to Ramola D, one of only a handful of real journalists left in the world. She labels herself as a targeted individual, harassed with planes and helicopters, drones and white cars driving past her house, some even dare to park up on the side of the road. And the significance of these white cars? They are owned by the UN and when they take over the US they will only have to stick their logo on the side so it saves money when the time comes.
YouTube is so unique in this modern world never before in history has one been able to watch two schizophrenics convince each other of a global takeover with zero evidence.
Did I mention she lives 15 miles from an airport!

I think the security will be more likely around £1k a day.
Just sat through that rambling nonsense and I'm none the wiser really. She seems to think filing a draft order with the court is the same as having an order approved by a judge and, if I'm not mistaken, she tried to have the actual possession order amended to be an order refusing possession.
I can only assume that her happy countenance is because she doesn't actually understand what's happening.

I fully agree. It was a shambles. Some judge agreed with her about something, but then went on holiday. Tried to have the bank put down as the defendant and not the claimant etc.
Still, the comments were good fun. Due to bad audio, a chat about her house being eaten by rats then ensued.
Neelu long ago barred me from seeing her video on Facebook, so if anyone has a link for another source, I'll owe you a pint.

My personal ethics do not allow me to lie or cheat just to see idiots being idiots. I've always found that they put the evidence/entertainment somewhere that I can see it. Discretion is beyond their power to do.

One of her latest videos is a third party view showing the auctioneer's desk, the bidders all seated in the room and in between is Woman Neelu wandering around raving until she's moved on by security, at which point the auctioneer states that he can confirm the property is not stolen, it's a repossessed property.
But the dagger to the heart must have been when he added "I guess that's what happens when people don't pay their mortgages," as she was being escorted out.

"I hear dissenting voices from you Freemasons, Catholics, Jews and Satanists [Note to marketing department: Please check this list is up to date before sending it]. Some say that the recent auction of 3 Peel Drive was proof that Swissindo is nothing more than a southern debt cult and a scam to fleece simpleminded idiots out of whatever money they have.
"Yet, how do you explain how our disciple, Neelu Berry, presented a Debt Burden Liberation Certificate to the Co-Operative Bank on the 29th August 2017 and now is completely debt free, if not proof that it works? There you go posting allusions to very entertaining videos without a link. Keep it up and I'll have Webhick turn you over to the interns.

I don't think it's on YT. I watched it here on her FB page;
