M O'B has been peddling his spiel for a long time now. It's surprising that so few have seemingly seen thru' thru him, or possibly many have and don't want to admit that they were taken in. The absurdity of suggesting that he was paid off with £50m, coupled with his continued pleas for cash, also appears to have failed to attract his followers' attention.
His promises of tomorrow's Utopia via UCT, you'd think would be wearing thin. Even with him. :beatinghorse:

But no. He ploughs on. Nothing dents his world-view.

Just had a quick scan of his archives. I'd say he lost his following in late 2021 with his Midazolam Murders quest.
It was his endless "Any day now" that just dragged on and on, with endless bullshit excuses.

It's been downhill since then.

He's been saying "any day now" for years. I remember a (later deleted) post from Tom Crawford on the old GOOFY titled "A Win for Michael O’Bernicia". Of course the "Win" was no such thing, but was expected real soon. That related to him losing all his family's properties, and I guess was 2015 or thereabout.

I need to go through the old documents, but I believe that his claim of "winning" was because not all his family trust properties were sold to satisfy the outstanding debt. (If I remember rightly, his sister kept one)

This, of course, is entirely consistent with banks only being entitled to recovering what they are owed and any surplus is returned to the original debtor, but it enabled him to spin a win to his credulous acolytes.

The viewing figures for his You Tube channel certainly support that hypothesis.

Thee was something about his sister keeping her house, although it's not clear if that was in any way related to the trust and their commercial property. Maybe his sister just paid her mortgage like a normal person.

But the "win for M of B" didn't even relate to that. It referred to some winning court decision that was certain to come along soon. A date was even given, but some time after that date TC's original post disappeared.
